The Casso, Raleigh, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Casso! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help with recommendations and anything we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful. It has a fun boutique vibe with stylish décor, spotless rooms, comfortable beds, and thoughtful touches throughout. The location couldn't have been better. We were able to walk to great restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown attractions, which made our trip so easy and enjoyable. One of our favorite parts was the restaurant and bar. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was lively without being overwhelming, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. If you're visiting Raleigh, I can't recommend The Casso enough. It perfectly blends modern comfort with Southern hospitality, and it truly made our trip even more memorable. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we're in town!

The Casso is in an excellent downtown Raleigh location and was walking distance to downtown restaurants, shops and things to do and see. The entire staff was professional and courteous and friendly. Jonathan, who checked us in and whom we saw in most of our comings and goings, was the BEST!. He always greeted us, was interested in how our day or evening had gone, and made our stay more enjoyable. We highly recommend The Casso for your stay in Raleigh.

The hotel is quiet and very conveniently located (20 mins walk from convention center and a stones throw from several breweries). The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and have good water pressure. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a.nice bar area and dining section that looked nice. The only limitations is that the rooms are small and don't come with a chair or space to work/eat. The gym is in the basement oddly located past the housekeeping work space and is relatively minimally equipped.

I checked in late for my one-night staycation for Mother’s Day. The front-desk staff extended my checkout by 2 hours (no fee) so that I could enjoy more time. I was so grateful!

Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The hotel gave super cool NYC vibes. The food was excellent. I will definitely stay there again.

+ It was a rainy weekend, and check-in staff kindly and proactively upgraded my stay from a queen to a king at no extra cost. + My room had a pleasant, unique character with different textures and styles. Everything was clean and functioned properly. - I was told that the parking fee to the adjoining garage would be covered, but a $40 fee was charged to my card and never reimbursed.

The hotel was perfectly located for a night on the town. The check-in process went smoothly, and the staff all treated us well during our stay. There were no complaints about the room; it was pretty clean and mostly quiet. We enjoyed the live music during brunch before we checked out.

Very nice property. Close to restaurants and local businesses. Staff were nice and helpful.
