Very sad today, with Mar Andino. After more than 7 years as frequent client there, today I had forcely to have check out due to their wrongly reservation, made two weeks ago and confirmed in presence last week. Both the night before and this morning, the personnel was not even capable to say a "sorry for what happened" words. I repeat. Not-even-a-single-"sorry"-word. Very bad on their side. Client lost and even worse publicity
