The room was not a proper clean and the washroom was also very dirty in the room no more complementary water bottle and no any contact any telecom in room. So i request please check. Okay. But i share this evening

It was at good location and attendant behaviour was also very helpful and good. They even didn't extra charged for early check in

Location was good as it is a walkable distance from the railway station. Overall the hotel reception etc looks clean. The room was fine as well with big clean bathroom with hot water etc. But there were small cockroaches. Also one of the pillows did not have a pillow cover and it was dirty.

Staff is very good and polite in nature. They provide early checkin atmosphere is very good. I recommend each and everyone to choose this hotel.

Rachi's experience at tribhuvan hotel was very bad. There is no geyser in the bath. The bathroom sink is useless. No door needed. After asking many times, they gave mosquito oil before they did not give it in time. In future i will not attend this hotel anymore.

That was an comfortable stay for us. Stuff were very much helpful and polite. Geyser, wifi are available. However wifi speed was slow. Hotel owner is very good person. They also arrange a good car for us. So no worries about travel.

Poor cleanliness cockroach is roaming around the room no proper hot water service moist and dirty washroom the outlets of the water was improper bad smell through out even after spraying room freshner the smell persists
