I called the same day I booked to request a downstairs room. I was assured I’d get a downstairs room. When I checked in, I reconfirmed it was a downstairs room and they said they’d given me an upstairs room. I asked them if they could give me a downstairs room and they said they didn’t have any. The South Asian manager said very insincerely, “Sorry,” while the desk agent said nothing at all. They didn’t even offer me any discount off my booking or a voucher towards a future stay. NOT recommended.

1. 優點是方便停車，免費。
2. 距離Coachella 場地約半小時
3. 房間乾淨度有待改善…還有毛屑
4. 廁所還有上一個房客留下的肥皂，顯然沒有打掃乾淨
5. 因為音樂季，房間不便宜，一晚要一萬多台幣…但已經付費，也來不及換飯店了⋯⋯只能湊和把它過完…
6. 房間插頭也很少、沒有吹風機🥹 還好有自己帶吹風機
7. 房間燈光很暗、隔音很差，晚上睡覺還可以聽到樓上的聲音…
如果可以，下次會好好找其他飯店😭

중심부는 아니지만 팜스프링 자체가 넓지 않기 때문에 어디든 다니기 편했습니다.
침구는 청결했고, 야외풀도 깨끗했습니다. 아침에 오피스에서 커피를 줍니다.
주차공간도 넉넉합니다.
시설은 전반적으로 낡았습니다. 책상 앞 전등이 고장났지만, 데스크에 요청하니 고쳐 줬습니다.
직원들은 모두 친절합니다.
저렴하게 예약한다면 가성비 좋은 선택입니다.

Don't book
Checked in, and found that the room was dirty, the bathtub had a huge circle of cracks, felt as though I was going to fall through it. Keep in mind, I'm 120 lbs. Then all night the guest next door kept opening and slamming his door. The next morning we heard the maid tell him it was time to check out. He refused to leave, after the manager tried to tell him to leave and he refused, the police had to be called. And we watched the guest get arrested. I'm happy that my family and I are home safe without any injuries.

Floor was'nt cleaned well. There's a lot of dirt at the corner of the room. There's no charging outlet, we need to use the only one that os beside the wash area.
