some pools were closed -filters not working -all slides were closed- rooms were somewhat clean, neither of the two screen doors would lock. kitchen stocked with cooking tools. front desk was a wonderful experience . lots of walking for small kids. pool service almost non existent

這是我有始以來住過最糟糕的酒店.事情是這樣的.我到酒店習慣把手上戒指摘了並放在一起在寫字枱上.第二天退房由於比較匆忙.就checkout.到了附近的奧萊突然發現我老公手上的戒指.想起來自己的放在寫字枱上沒有拿.就打去酒店確認自己兩枚戒指在酒店.他們説是的.還有我老公的ipad.然後我們驅車前往保安辦公室拿.拿到手的時候卻發現衹有一枚銀的戒指和iPad還給我了.另一枚寶詩龍的金戒指缺沒有了.跟他們經理交涉要求看探頭他們不願意.就説還有一枚沒看見.我非常生氣.兩個戒指放一起要麼都沒找到.怎麼可能衹有一個.另外一枚貴的缺不翼而飛？這家威斯汀裏面的員工我真心覺得素質堪憂.現在他們經理讓保險公司聯繫我.

非常滿意的一次居住體驗，美式風格的房間，自帶的廚房裡各種配置一應俱全，有洗碗機，微波爐，洗衣機等等，太適合帶小朋友的家庭出遊了，以後來palm spring還會選擇這家酒店
