Staff are good; but system is bad. Been charged twice on credit card versus Villa (but I was staying at Resort) and staff has no clue why though they gave it much effort to fine out (great CS, very bad IT systems). Also, electric power went out on second night until morning.

Room was dirty and dusty. Placed in a room furthest from amenities. In 3 days not once did room service stop by. Internet throughout the property was down Friday and Saturday morning. Could not place room service through phone. Call would not go through. Pool water dirty.

Needs much updating. Very dated rooms. Murky water in pool. Pool area needs new umbrellas and pool chairs. Best thing about the property was staff and beautiful golf course.

Everything looked clean from the outside, but there was a huge roach in my room on the bed and on the pillows. The front desk only offered to change pillows until I said I can’t stay in that room. They moved me into another room but in the morning there was a bug in the sheets. They said over and over it wasn’t bed bugs and sent their head of security to examine both rooms. At the end of my trip I was left disappointed for how much money I spent on the room and disgusted.
