Travelled with my baby, nanny and husband! A very cosy apartment with all the amenities available. There are a lot of Asian restaurants nearby, a supermarket is nearby as well

The worst stay that I have ever had in Sydney. The room was dirty, smelly, shades were broken (allowing lights in), COCKROACHES not only in the room but also inside the bed. Also, the working hours are not as shown in the website, especially during holidays. On top of that, the room rate was even higher than some of the 4/5-star hotels.

Good location not very clean but it's comfy

The location of the hotel is very good, with Coles and various restaurants next to it, and the L2 Randwick terminus is also nearby. The hotel is very close to Coogee Beach, which can be reached by bus in three stops. The room is quite spacious, with a washing machine (Haier), a rack for drying clothes and a balcony, which is quite spacious. The only drawback is that the hotel facilities are relatively old, the bathroom is small, and the bathing area is almost impossible to turn around.

The house is clean, the service is attentive, well-equipped, and the transportation is convenient

The small one couldn't be smaller, a set of toiletries was given in two days, almost no service, dirty carpet, and a layer of fluffy dust on the table the next day! Advice to later generations: Do not choose!

I'll go there next time

Overall we had a great stay with a perfect location and property. Two comments would be we had 5 guests booked in with only bedding for 4 on arrival. This was soon rectified with bedding provided for the foldout sofa bed. The second would be after having the room cleaned only 3 towels were left with additional dropped off at 8pm the night. These are just minor comments mentioned to help improve the business. Thanks for your hospitality and we'll see you next time.

We stayed twice. The first time we really like the room, the second one you could see it was small but the service was still great. Housekeepers were really nice and helpful. The hotel is well located and close to shops and tram.

The unit was lovely and had full kitchen and a washing machine. Close to shopping and light rail.Worst thing was paid onsite parking..very expensive and entry and exit so narrow almost impossible to use without damage to car. Parking spaces very small also.

Pigeons cooing all night, no barrier to lights coming from the hallway. Overall a restlessness night sleep. Pigeon poop all over the outdoor areas - gross.

I found it very difficult to get a park long enough to check in and parking was difficult. Thankfully a very helpful staff member forewarned me that parking was only 1.9m before I came and so I brought the right vehicle. I found it difficult to work out the entry to reception the first time. The balcony door was broken and couldn’t be locked on my room so I worried about security when I was away. The rooms were clean and restocked, (tea etc) and room very comfortable. The location was walking distance to racecourse for function which was helpful.

Very nice place, clean. Close to transport links, places to eat etc.
