Hotel with excellent exposure on the seafront which offers rooms with wonderful views of the gulf, the historic center is immediately behind the structure, good breakfast which is served in the lounge bar with direct exposure to the seafront and offers aperitif and express dishes service all day , the staff is extremely kind and willing to please customers.

Beautiful period building in a splendid panoramic position on the Rapallo seafront, the staff is very attentive and friendly, but what struck me was the kindness of the owner who completely refunded the cost of the room for a small problem in the bathroom. A thousand thanks

Boutique hotel, we loved the friendliness of the staff. Overlooking the sea with delicious restaurants around and you can take the ferry to Portofino 3 minutes from the hotel. Wonderful place, we had a spectacular view from our room. The delicious food. When we arrived there was music in the lobby that made us feel super happy and they made you feel like a special guest with all their attention.

We booked a deluxe room for 1 night in this hotel with good reviews. We arrived at 4pm, so well after check in time. We were given room 402, in which we found the shower not clean, with various soap stains on the shower head and with the soap still resting on the shower arm. The two large towels were placed inside the wardrobe in the position usually used for shoes. Also in the closet was a single stained bathrobe. On the floor there are evident traces of work on the walls. At the reception Nicolò was very kind, offering to change our room and offering us room 403. Smaller room but apparently clean except for the dust on the floor. Upon closer inspection, however, the toilet turned out to be dirty. At this point we asked for material to clean the bathroom ourselves. The result was to find that the shower did not drain and that under the cap it was full of hair. The guy at the reception, Niccolò, and the restaurant manager, Mrs. Franca, did everything they could to help us, and refunded our room when exhausted we decided to escape. The owner, however, was neither found nor contacted.
