Good accommodation and location as well. Near shop and restaurant...free parking

The location was also convenient and easy to get around. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

My room aircond not functioning...the bedsheets not clean and there smell in the room. Tv also not functioning well. Only 1 channel can watch.

Convenient but Disappointing on Cleanliness This hotel has a great location and a very quick, convenient check-in/checkout process. Unfortunately, our stay was let down by poor cleanliness standards. The bathroom was not up to par, with a visibly dirty toilet seat. In the bedroom, the mattress cover was stained and yellowish, which made us question the overall hygiene of the room. Another odd and unpleasant feature was the strong, chemical smell in the elevator. We were surprised to find it was caused by a toilet deodorant block placed there, which created a very bad odor in an enclosed space. We hope management addresses these issues, as the hotel has good potential.

The bedsheets and pillowcases weren't clean. I woke up with an itchy body. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned either.

Stuff are helpful. Room was clean. Location was perfect. Staying there it’s comfortable. The bed was cozy

The smell of the room is very uncomfortable. We received are very bad condition of the towels and  bedspread. They provided 2 packs of coffee 3 in 1 but with one cup and did not provide a teaspoon to brew the coffee. I hope the hotel can improve the service and facilities.

Acceptable low cost hotel, many eatery places nearby and also mall with theater!

Need a good housekeeping people to do up the roo. The staff a very helpful.
