Location is about 1km away from the railway station. Not too far away but there's a few hotels which are nearer. Check in and out was fast. I didn't see anything written about asking for deposit on the website. It just happened that was my last 2 nights in Ratchaburi and most of my Thai baht were finishing soon. Cleanliness was good. It will be better if the room was given instant coffee. The worst I should say about the stay was the wifi. Overall for the price I paid, it was still worthwhile. Clean room and peaceful environment to rest.

Let's start with the positive: staff is very nice as per Thailand general experience. Room was clean, no concern. Breakfast is nice. But we were not lucky. The pool had bad smell coming from sumps in neighbor alley. Made it unpleasant to spend time there. On our last night the A/C began dripping so much that we had to change room this close to midnight. Went 2 floors above to a similar room which was were warm about 33 degrees. Front desk refused a compensation for this bad experience, claiming we had the benefit of an upgrade!! TRIP.COM was nice enought to offer a decent compensation i coins. We had 1 dinner by the river restaurant. It was OK, not more than that.

Generally clean and acceptable. The bed is good. The room lights are dim and suitable for reading. No coffee or tea.

The accommodation is clean and inexpensive. It is easy to find food.

Breakfast is terrible. The buffet was served until 8:30 a.m. but there was no heating of the food. Finished at 6 a.m. and left it to cool. until collection time It's not a big deal. I just want the food to be hot and fresh. The staff has no information about which rooms eat or don't eat breakfast. Asked like he was being questioned about why he came to eat. Please inform the counter as well. Even though it is the duty of the employees to coordinate among themselves. It is recommended not to include breakfast. Buy only the room.
