The mattress was very dirty, it looked like it was secondhand. The location was convenient, but it wasn't good value for money.

The hotel is actually comfortable, it's just uncomfortable at breakfast time, it's so crowded like they're fighting over groceries, I often don't get breakfast if I come down from my room a little late at 8am. What's wrong with paying a lot but it doesn't meet your expectations?

When you get a suitable room... it's quite spacious, clean plus the breakfast menu is delicious... BTW, but on the 2nd floor, my sister-in-law's experience was that she got a room with hair, the AC wasn't cold, the toilet wasn't well maintained... but the staff immediately moved her to a room on the 3rd floor too... Hopefully in the future the details of each room will be better maintained...
