Pirin Golf Hotel & Spa

We stayed there for just one night as we played some golf. It was a disappointing experience overall. The location of the hotel and the golf course is nice but that’s is all positive I can say. The town were the hotel is located looks as if the best times have been in the past. The hotel itself looks old but was clean. A total disappointment was the food in the hotel. The breakfast as well as the dinner buffet was awful. The service not professional. No one at the bat in the evening. Overall in the resort the staff was not really friendly. The pools look nice online but in fact they were really small. Also the services and the condition of the golf course was not European tour destination standard.

My stay at Pirin Golf Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I entered, the luxurious ambiance and impeccable service left a lasting impression. The spacious and well-appointed rooms provided a perfect retreat, and the stunning views of nature added to the overall charm.

You won't regret if you book your holiday here. The best place, with so delicious food, clean and worm rooms and so so kind staff. I came in this hotel over and over for 6 years, and I won't change it for another.

terrible service, high prices, 3 coffees, water and 2 teas 70 BGN, crowded for New Year, 30 minutes waiting to check in, needs renovation, no free tables for breakfast, no one asks you do you need anything, the girls at the lobby bar are impolite.

No sign posting, whole place looks like a labirynth if you are there for the first time. Even reception has no posting, and as it is sideway to the main road, hard to find. A friend drove us to the place and was told if she does not leave within 10 to 15 min will be charged parking fee. We were placed in a room in Downtown 3 just above the disco club (apparently called piano bar melody) which seemed to work about 24 hrs. At 12 am the music was so loud I called reception and asked for assistance. They promised to help, but after one hour without any change I called them again and was told receptionist was alone and not able to come to the club. Instead he asked me to go down and ask for silence (!). I asked if I could have the room changed but needed help with a porter and some drive as the place is really huge. Not possible, had to come to reception, get the key and then move myself with all luggage and my 7 year old sleeping son to the new room. Not feasible at 1 am of course. I had to call 112 twice. As a result, after 2 am the music went slightly down. At 5.30 am I woke up, music was still being played.. Breakfast in the main restaurant average. French restaurant also average. The biggest problem of the place is that you need your room card to go through the hotel and spa area but if you are staying outside the hotel part your card does not work for the hotel and spa. You need another card for the spa which does not work everywhere. At 8.30 pm on our way out from the spa my son and I ended up locked in a tiny area about 4 Sq. M. with 3 doors which our two cards did not open. Dark, no people, hard to tell where you are. Luckily I had my phone with me so called reception to ask for help. We even did not know where we were. Very frustrated experience. Would not recommend this place at all.

A resort perfectly located in the middle of the mountains. Good accommodation conditions. A golf course in very good conditions. The only thing that should be improved is the very poor English spoken by all the staff Therefore if you are looking for a good place to relax in the mountainous area of ​​Bulgaria this is the place to be

Good location, but that's it.. High prices without any quality. The spa center is under all kinds of criticism, the pools are treated with a lot of strong preparations and all the blondes will turn green if they take a dip, not to mention people with more sensitive skin.. and with all their insolence, the managers tell you just not you enter the pool, they are nagging and without any compensation! the hair pictures are after swimming in the pools!!! We paid BGN 4000 and in the end the result is disfigurement We are very disappointed !

We chose Pirin Golf for our wedding day after being blown away by the gorgeous location and breathtaking views. All of that was not worth it for what turned out to be the most stressful day of our lives. From the moment we engaged with the management team, there has been countless number of disappointments, lack of communication and absolutely zero interest from their side to deliver on all of their empty promises. As a result we had a number of our guests come to us to express their frustration at the low level of service and care they experienced during their stay there. This obviously made us feel incredibly embarrassed.. The actual hotel is far from 5 stars, rooms are very outdated, food is bland and uninspiring, service could not be any worse, staff members try to avoid eye contact when they walk past you and if you need any help from them you will most likely be shouted at or completely ignored. I am honestly wondering what the purpose of this place is as they are definitely not trying to impress anyone or hope for guests to want to return. Please don't waste your time, money or nerves on this disgraceful hotel and resort, they certainly do not deserve any business. To say we were left disappointed from the whole experience is a serious understatement! Avoid at any cost!
