Good stay with family as long driving as 1stop in Reading Room with air conditioner this time , good as usual Staff are also nice

The room is clean and spacious. The receptionist and the restaurant staffs are nice and helpful. Definitely will stay in this hotel for my next visit.

I really enjoyed my stay. I arrived quite late after a long and exhausting day, but the receptionist, who I believe was called Anna-Marie, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She genuinely went the extra mile to assist me, which I really appreciated. The room was very clean, the service was efficient, and overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Stayed with my family for one night, the hotel was in a good location accessible via M4. Everything we needed was there. The staff was excellent and the parking was

The hotel location is good, it close to my friend house, but the room is far and so many turn from the reception, AND the room air condition was terrible, it is not working!! I call the front desk, they try to switch a room, but not success, finally the staff bring me two fun!! And my family has to sleep in 30 degree temperatures!

Check-in took 45 minutes because they couldn't find my booking - but then found it on their "old system" and it took them that long to manually move the booking to their new system and issue me with a key card. Not impressed with that wait time at all! They offered me a free drink at the bar while I waited, but not for my wife and child! That aside, it's a comfy hotel that's better than some of its exterior and interior suggests. Hot shower, good TV, plugs and USB ports on both sides of the bed, good room temperature, Fairtrade tea and coffee. Breakfast was good, including freshly cooked options.

Everything went perfectly, staff was super helpful, great breakfast, comfortable and clean rooms. Bus stop and big shop right next to the hotel. Definitely recommend this Holiday Inn.

The hotel room was nice and big enough to accommodate our family of 3. Great location. The reception team was welcoming. There were different options for breakfast. Great service. Overall we definitely enjoyed our stay.
