De Vere Wokefield Estate

Very bad managing I’ve been told that there is a car charger there and it wasn’t all broken and I was there for a day and I was looking for a charger all around the town very poor managing as no one give you a clear answer no clarification poor managing system and customer service not satisfied at all and do not recommended at all in any circumstances

After requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy. The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night. Not sure if recommended staying here. .

Good and it can accommodate a big group

A great room for a solo traveller, a huge king size bed and all facilities. They do tend to put singles in the Wellington lodge which is a 10 minute walk to the pool facilities.

Wonderful stay. Hot breakfast could have been hotter however everything else a real joy.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was incredibly nice—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, and having hassle-free onsite parking made our trip so much smoother. We also loved the nice pool area, and the food at the restaurant was both delicious and very well priced. Highly recommend this place,

False advertising! The majority of pictures on the ******* site are for the Manor House, with beautiful architecture and history. The hotel is not in the manner but in a modern building next door. The hotel itself was ok, but wasn’t what we had booked or intended!

There was no air conditioning, and the room was extremely hot and stuffy. A member of staff told us they would provide an additional fan, so we went to reception to ask. We were told a fan would be sent to our room, but after waiting over an hour nothing arrived. When we returned to reception, we were then told that no fans were available. We were also not given any information about breakfast, including where it was served or the opening and closing times. The hotel was extremely busy due to two conferences, and the communal areas had an unpleasant smell, possibly because of the heat. We had expected to be staying in the mansion house, so this was disappointing. In addition, the carpet in our room had not been vacuumed.

I had a great stay at the hotel for a wedding. The room was huge and the beautifully designed. I really liked the various lighting and the room had lots of mirrors. Staff were great and friendly; I asked for green tea teabags and staff bought them to my room quickly.
