Really amazing welcome at the front desk, I was checked in by Dominika who was so welcoming and friendly, and so helpful. She provided me with all the information I needed and made me feel really secure as a first time solo traveller. The room was beautiful also!

Great location, with its close proximity to Town centre and my workplace. The restaurant tends to get very busy on some days but I salute the lovely staffs that went an extra mile to serve their guests nicely, thanks to Insha, Dominika, Vee, Sarka and Oksana. I would recommend maybe to hire more kitchen staff/chef to reduce waiting times for guests. Apart from that everything seems fine and lovely.

Nice, comfortable, and quiet room. Good, central location. Decent breakfast which had a nice variety, good quality, and tasty. Excellent customer service from literally EVERYONE we encountered from kitchen staff, wait staff, hospitality, reception, and managers!!

Dominika on the desk was so lovely and accommodating, was very friendly and dealt with a difficult situation professionally and with a smile :) room is divine and so clean, the purple lighting is amazing and bathroom is lovely, had a great night sleep

I have been to many hotels, and this is one of the best that I stayed. Thanks to both Adarsha Dhakal and Gabija for excellent services and hospitality. Adarsha and his team know that I’m fasting and they helped to prepare early sahur breakfast which 3 hours early than the usual breakfast hours! I will come again and recommend this my friends and family. Keep the doing the good job, guys!

Whenever we stay, we’re never disappointed. The hotel is perfectly located close to the Oracle and town centre. The rooms are always clean, fresh and well maintained with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The staff are welcoming and friendly, always at hand to assist whenever you need them.
