I’m very helpful and friendly personnel. Specially the lady preparing the omelettes and tapiocas during breakfast.

The stay was fine—nothing to write home about. But let’s be clear: this is five-star in theory only. Charging guests for coffee in the morning? Bold move. Nothing says “luxury experience” like being nickel-and-dimed for a cup of instant caffeine. Honestly, I’ve stayed at roadside motels with more generous hospitality. Maybe next time they’ll start charging for tap water too—just to keep the five-star illusion alive.

Nothing to tell, the breakfast was great all food was fresh, all staff I encountered were friendly the cleaning staff were exceptional

Great value for money!

My experience at this hotel - The suite with an ocean view is a dump, extremely noisy, with a lot of mold and a strong smell of insecticide. There was a suspicious stain on the side of the bed, resembling human excrement. The air conditioning is old, makes a lot of noise and further intensifies the bad smell in the room. The bathroom was in deplorable condition. I can't understand how this hotel has a five-star rating — I felt cheated and disgusted by the experience.

Jiudian is relatively old, the facilities are relatively backward, and the overall experience is average

The hotel is good, but I don't think it's worthy of 5 stars. There was no hot water for 1 day of our stay.

Well-located hotel, close to the airport, facing the Boa Viagem waterfront, clean facilities, pleasant pool area, fully equipped gym, polite and helpful staff, as well as a wonderful breakfast full of options for all tastes. I recommend it.

Wonderful hotel clean and nice and very good service absolutely I recommend this hotel  they have a large selection of breakfast fresh fruits and good food in the restaurant and it is close to the airport 10 minutes by car and very good Wi-Fi . they have live music by saxophone and piano play them in the morning every day when the people eat breakfast.
