Apart Hotel B

We loved our stay at Apart Hotel B! The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations and arranging transportation. The neighborhood was walkable and safe. We did have a small glitch that the WiFi was not working for our entire stay. Despite this, I highly recommend staying here if you are in Santiago!

The staff are nice, but the room was not kept clean every day and the amenities are poor. In addition, the location does not feel safe. I saw homeless people and others sleeping on the street, and the area feels dangerous after 9 PM. You must use Uber or a taxi to get around safely.

The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast is always delivered the day before, which is a great option for those planning very early tours or activities. The reception staff were always very attentive and helpful. The neighborhood is not one of the safest, but the hotel is well located and offers easy access to several tourist attractions.

Housekeeping service was inconsistent. Making a bed with dirty sheets and finishing is something blow my mind. Also, VAT is pay during check-in but not configure in the price during the booking. Location is better than expected.

The hotel was good, but be warned the breakfast is very poor (two slices of bread, yogurt, juice, and an egg you need to cook yourself). The area around the hotel was also good, walking distance to everything we wanted to see but street not well lit at night so take that into consideration. Also only stairs at the hotel so need to carry luggage up if not on the ground floor.
