Big quiet room with balcony. Great value, terrific breakfast.

The location is good and room is clean, but the staff forget to change and fold the bad sheets when I ask for cleaning the room.

Although the exterior looked simple, the room was of with quality and spacious. There were ample parking spaces just outside the hotel.

Very Good located and clean hotel

I probably chose the wrong date. The hotel is well located and very easy to reach by public transport. After arriving and turning on the TV, I noticed that the public broadcasting channels were still in SD mode and therefore unwatchable. Unfortunately, the reception staff didn't understand my problem and said that the maintenance technician wouldn't be back until Monday. In the evening, I noticed that the heating wasn't working; even on the highest setting, it only got lukewarm. I told the receptionist about this on Saturday, and after checking, she promised that the maintenance technician would take care of it right away. I knew he had the weekend off... On Sunday, I had to follow up, but she was sorry. To get some exercise, I wanted to use the treadmill in the gym. Unfortunately, it was broken. I was just unlucky. Otherwise, I can only say positive things about the hotel.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of town, in a fairly quiet but somewhat run-down area. There are numerous free parking spaces in front of the hotel, but they're usually very full in the evenings, and finding a spot is a matter of luck. The breakfast is good and sufficient, but there were usually no clean tables available, so we had to ask the staff for a reservation. There are several options for dining in the evening near the hotel (a 10-minute walk). Overall, it's perfectly adequate for a weekend stay, considering the value for money.

Beautiful hotel on the outskirts of Regensburg. The renovated room features a lovely rain shower. The breakfast is extensive, with both hot and cold dishes.

The cleaning staff constantly shouts down the hallways in the morning, and despite earplugs and lack of sleep, I was unable to get a good night's sleep. The hotel is located in a rather unsafe neighborhood, and the walls facing the hallway are not well soundproofed. However, there are parking spaces right in front of the entrance, the lobby is nice, and the reception staff are friendly and accommodating.

The room was very nice! Very clean and the service was very good, but the breakfast was very disappointing. It was very simple and there was not much variety.

Problems with check-in, later partially resolved. Excellent breakfast.

It was a very clean hotel. Very quiet location. Unfortunately, it was a bit outside the city. Nevertheless, it was easily accessible by public transport. Breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is quite comfortable, except for the slightly remote location

Very comfortable room, very friendly hotel staff, the location is a little remote but there is a bus stop at the door, it was Christmas, the hotel atmosphere was very good, recommended.

The hotel is a bit out of the way and there are no places to eat nearby, but the facilities and breakfast are very good, which may be due to the location.
