Comfortable plus room, the room is quite big, there is no warm season and living room of the suite, but it is enough! A large bed + a small bed, just enough to put things, it is quite comfortable to live in, and the breakfast is still very rich. It is very close to Ferrari Town, you can go shopping when you have time

Not a great breakfast experience due to the selection of products and the staff seemed to be overloaded to handle the job.
Well located within a 15-minute drive from the centre of Modena.
The room we were awarded is spacious and provided with a nice balcony.
Friendly staff at the front desk, a bit less in the restaurant.
Easy parking facility with several parking spots.

the lift is scary very old 80's like , hotel is fine but not help full what every direction we asked they don't know , can you believe they don't know how to rent a car , they don't know what is happening around them when a big concert was on , they don't help with direction , they never greet when you walk in hotel . hotel advertised with pool and we couldn't use pool we had to pay 20euros extra . the hotel is located away from any amities and public transport
