Nous sommes retournés dans cet hôtel un an après avoir eu une très bonne expérience. Nous avons choisi la chambre supérieur.
Quelle surprise quand à notre arrivée on nous annonce que les dimensions larges de notre chambre, expressément choisies pour le confort, comprennent la terrasse ... en temps de pluie, donnant sur un parking.
Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Ils n'avaient plus d'autres chambres supérieures à l'exception de la chambre pour personnes à mobilité réduite que nous avons prises puisque nous devions y rester deux nuits.
La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer (traces sur le miroir, etc.) et quand nous avons demandé à ce qu'elle soit nettoyé et les draps changés le lendemain, rien n'avait été fait à l'exception du changement des essuies.
Lors de notre premier séjour, nous avions à disposition une smart TV, élément décisif pour notre retour à cet hôtel. Dans notre chambre cette fois-ci, il n'y avait pas de smart-tv puisqu'apparemment l'hôtel n'en avait pas pour toutes les chambres ...
La chambre était par ailleurs très mal aérée.
Nous avons été déçus et nous ne reviendrons plus.
