Hotel Le Sevigne, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Our room had tea and coffee facilities, with hair dryer but no fridge. They have only body soap for showering, so if needed bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Our bed was very comfortable with a radiator and air conditioning options to use. Location is very convenient around 5 minutes walk from train station, 10 minutes walk to the busy restaurant area, 20-30 minutes walk to Old Town, or simply use the Metro system.

Location is excellent. Close to bus and train station. With restaurants and supermarket on the same street. However, room is dirty. The wash in bathroom is with worm. There were black dirts on beds. Lift is small. It can only accommodate two persons without large lugguage. Genernally, it is cheap and convenient and don't expect too much. Staff are nice. The reception gave us a cup of coffee when check out in the morning. Still recommend for just an overnight stay.

The location is excellent. It is a few minutes walk from the central station. The room is small, but clean and confortable. There're free coffee and tea packs. The staffs speak in English and easy to communicate. There is a room for improvement in soundproof. I heard someone next to door talking. When someone in the room above takes a shower or flushes a toilet, it sounds well... Anyway, it is great value for money after all.

Close to the train station is a real bonus for early departure or late arrival. Walking distance to the old town . It is a small city!! Rooms are small, the shower cubicle is very tiny..forget turning. Power points are not well placed for charging. Could do with a better cupboard for storage too.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly but there are limited food and drink options in the immediate area. It's very VERY close to the train station but some people might prefer to stay closer to the downtown.

The hotel is located right next to the train station, which is convenient for solo travelers and short stays. My room was a bit small and cramped. The keys are also very large, making them inconvenient to carry

Service at the breakfast buffet was basically nonexistent and when we wanted to make a small change to our reservation, the hotel declined.
