Award winning beautiful remodel of 1905 historic home in the heart of desirable Midtown district. This home was remodeled with the traveling professional in mind. We strive to provide the comforts we enjoy when we travel. Studio has a smart television, WIFI, refrigerator/freezer, microwave and Keurig. This studio has original clawfoot tub with a shower head as well. It's filled with sunlight, has a chair/ottoman, small desk, dresser, and large closet with hangers. There is lots of storage in the space. We have 7 fully furnished studios in this home we rent to travel professionals and two that rent on permanent basis to local professionals. There is shared fully furnished kitchen if you prefer to cook in and gas grill, picnic table and corn hole if you prefer to cook out. Two washers/dryers and iron/board in laundry. Individual locked storage. The house sits on quiet street, yet within a couple of blocks walk to best restaurants, craft breweries, bars, shopping and hub of activity.
