Hotel is very confusing to find your way around. The parking garage is also set up in a very confusing manner. The front desk did not explain very well how to find your way around the parking garage or the hotel itself.

I wasn't sure if this was a blood spot on the counter next to our bed I did try to clean it off but it wouldn't come off and there were moths in the closet by the bathroom

It was a little hard to find the entrance to the front desk. The rooms were fair bedroom was OK but when it comes to food and accessories to meals, it’s a zero compared to other casinos. I’ve been to had no place to park motorcycles for security reasons and then if you did, they want to charge you $20 to park at where they could see it

They don't clean the room, you have to request it. They also don't offer breakfast, neither included nor as an extra. The parking is convenient once you figure out how to use it. It's cheap for a hotel that's supposed to offer breakfast, like the Reno.

The hotel layout is very confusing and is not ADA compliment. But the security guards and front desk staff were really nice to help guide us around the place.
