I enjoyed the hotel, the location was good, service was friendly and there are shops within 10 minutes of walking.
The shuttle to the airport was available early in the morning.
Room is cozy too, great temperature in the winter.

Clean and spacious room appreciated the design and practicality having a fridge and ample separate space for suitcases. Love the flooring. Felt more upscale for the price so good value. Only bleep was we Waited almost an hour for the airport shuttle at the airport. Walking from the airport is not as easy as a map would suggest. One can not walk across the airport parking but must go around. The pool is very small but fine. Happy with our stay though

Hotel uses chemicals
The hotel use chemicals that had a smell, and I had an allergic reaction and even worse the windows wouldn’t open in the hotel room

Sheets had not been changed when I checked into my room, and they do not service rooms daily… pretty gross

Right in front of RNO airport. So great location. Nice nearby restaurants.
Room was spacious, modernized. Enjoyed the stay!
