Club Med Joyview HEILONGTAN resort

Great hotel with plenty of staff and excellent service. The pool was clean, and the kids had a blast!

It's pretty good, I'll definitely come again. My kid loved it too. The room for the 2 adults and 1 child Family Fun Space was also nice.

This is our second time at Club Med! Last time we had a blast swimming and playing in the water. This time, the weather wasn't quite warm enough for water activities, so we focused on all the indoor facilities. Archery, basketball, badminton, table tennis – our two non-swimming days were packed! In the evening, we even joined the Mini Club's Candy Monopoly event. You could really tell how dedicated all the staff were. It was a great opportunity for the kids to perform on stage, and they absolutely loved it! Our customer service manager, Mandy, was incredibly attentive from check-in, sending us daily activity schedules and always being quick to help when needed.

We come here every year for our spring trip, and this is our second year. The hot water is fast, the service is great, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. The room with a view is very relaxing. Even while playing ball ⛹🏻‍♂️, there were foreigners saying "good shot" in Chinese, haha. It's a very relaxing resort, and we'll definitely be back.

The room was fantastic! Freya, the hotel's GRO, was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. She specially upgraded our room because we were traveling with our child, which was a wonderful surprise! She also kindly reminded us about the hotel activities. Huge thanks to her for her warm hospitality and attentiveness. Our MedClub trip this time was a great experience. I'll definitely recommend it to friends and family, and we'll be back again!

Cleanliness: Excellent Family Fun Space (2 adults, 1 child): Spacious Outdoor Activities - Exploring and Walking: Fantastic Housekeeper Freya ~ Service was superb!

I came with my baby, and there are both outdoor and indoor activities, making it very suitable for children to play. The air is also very good. My child loved it so much they didn't want to leave! I especially want to thank our butler, Freya, who was super nice. She helped me get the room card in advance and thoughtfully reminded me of important details. I've already recommended it to my friends.

Service: Trip.com is definitely my top choice for booking hotels. I've booked this Club Med through various channels before, including directly with them, but none compared to the experience I had with Trip.com. The butler contacted me a day in advance, and even though the hotel was fully booked for Qingming Festival, I was able to check in at 1 PM (official check-in is 3 PM). All services were promptly attended to, and I want to give a special shout-out to Irene. Room: There's absolutely no lingering smell anymore. After staying at InterContinental, Club Med rooms actually look much better to me now. If you love the water park, I recommend choosing Building 2. It's right downstairs, and odd-numbered rooms in Building 2 offer a direct view of where they set off fireworks (though they didn't have any this time 😭 my only regret). Environment: The hygiene is excellent, and the environment is fantastic – a natural oxygen bar. Just a heads-up, there are still a lot of small insects, so make sure to bring insect repellent. Family-friendly: The water park can keep kids entertained for an entire afternoon. Although the indoor kids' club is relatively small, children can still spend a few hours there. They also recently added an outdoor non-powered play area. The outdoor pool isn't open yet, but it's sure to be even more fun once it is. While I'm not trying to be critical, among the hotels in Heilongtan, other than the InterContinental's pool being slightly better in the summer, I would always choose Club Med at any other time.

The room had a great view, perfect for watching the fireworks show at night. The butler service was excellent, and my kids absolutely loved both the indoor and outdoor play areas. The only downside was that the room near the elevator was a bit noisy.
