"A wonderful place with a great beach, beautiful views, and a clean shore. The staff was friendly, and the idea of a cinema on the beach was brilliant; we enjoyed it both evenings. The room itself was very modest, and the bathroom was particularly surprising – it looked more like something out of a summer camp. The breakfast wasn't great either. On a separate note, the sunsets were absolutely stunning."

"LOVED this hotel!!! Hands down the most beautiful hotel on the island. This place offers stunning beach vibes with little apartments and lovely outdoor spaces that make it so easy to relax and soak up the island lifestyle. We actually rented bikes and rode around the entire island, and this was easily the most beautiful hotel we saw! The pool is the absolute main feature here—great cocktails and an amazing vibe. The rooms were nice, and the outdoor shower was the cutest touch! My only minor critique regarding the room would be the lack of shower gel holders and towel rails near the actual shower itself. Food-wise, breakfast was incredible. It can take quite some time—you could easily spend an hour there—but it wasn't a problem for us because they bring out croissants and pastries while you wait, keeping you full while you enjoy the beautiful views. An absolutely stunning stay, I can't wait to go back!"

"This is a fabulous place to stay! The huts are super cute and very romantic! The service was amazing and the staff were happy to help in any way possible! It is about 15 mins walk away from the port but it’s super easy and the shops and restaurants are local and lovely! Would definitely recommend here to stay!"

"A magnificent vacation! The hotel's location is wonderful, away from the port, noise, and hustle. We immediately rented an electric scooter (the reception helped us) and returned it at the port. It's a beautiful 5-7 minute ride to the port. Breakfast is incredibly delicious, and the coffee is wow! The rooms are clean and beautiful. There's a huge pool, probably the biggest on the island. My daughter loved swimming and diving. The service is top-notch. They have their own beach with sun loungers. In the evening, you can even ride horses right by the hotel at sunset. It's like a fairytale! We will definitely be back."

"This hotel is magnificent in every way! The rooms are equipped with everything you could need, including a kettle, a safe, toothbrush and paste sets, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even body lotion. The bathroom humidity is low, so swimsuits dried completely overnight. The huge bed was incredibly comfortable with soft pillows – we slept like babies! The staff are very attentive and always smiling, excellent service! There are two swimming pools on the property; we particularly liked the second, longer one, further from reception. You can also rent bicycles for the whole day! The breakfasts are delicious. Best of all, turtles swim right in front of the hotel – we absolutely loved watching them! It was hard to leave this paradise!!!"

"This is a great hotel, conveniently located right by the pier, making it super easy to find food, entertainment, and activities. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the staff are enthusiastic and polite – almost all young and handsome guys! If I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely choose this hotel."

"This was a treat as it’s a birthday celebration but it soon turned into a series of unfortunate events. The service and staff are amazing but their rooms have a serious bug problem. We woke up in the middle of the night to find our pillows covered with winged bugs that looked like ants, they were in the pillow and on the pillow, upon inspection there were more on the headboard and on the sofa by the window. We started to also notice dust piles on the floor in the room too, so we suspect they are eating at the wood. It was pretty alarming to find and have bugs crawling on your bed and we soon found out it was on our bags too. A staff member was quick to come to our room to inspect but the main team have already gone home. They allowed us to switch rooms but it looks like the problem is in the other room too. By the bed, more dust piles and on the sofa more bugs. It’s midnight so we sprayed the bed with bug spray and hope no more will crawl on us. As well as this their sink was blocked. We are both adventurous people, slept in the rainforest before, camped etc so we are not scared of bugs but when these could be termites or carpenter ants, our biggest worry is bringing them home. It’s not a nice situation for them either given their buildings are 200 years old. The next morning comes and the situation was not handled like a luxury hotel would. No one came to speak to us about it and no apology until I mentioned it at reception. The room they moved us to was also a smaller one so we effectively paid for a bigger room that we couldn’t stay in, this also wasn’t mentioned. There were positives like free bike usage, good cocktails, board games in lobby and a clean pool but I wouldn’t say this is a luxury hotel but more like a 3 star hotel with a 5 star mask. All in all, a birthday that wasn’t a treat."

"The hotel is good, with lots of greenery and a clean area. We were able to check in early. The beach is close by, but the waves are strong and the water recedes in the evening. The water near the shore is light turquoise, but in some places, there's trash floating on the surface. The hotel has a pool where a disco is held; in my opinion, it's the best on the island. Entry is free, but if you want to sit by the pool, you need to place an order. However, we rented garden cottages, which were quite expensive. For that price, breakfast should have been included for free. Next time I'm on Gili, I won't pay so much for accommodation. There's no difference from other bungalows, except for the exterior."

"Overall, the hotel was okay; we stayed for one night. I didn't like that they mixed up my breakfast and insisted it was what I ordered, but they didn't change it, so oh well. The pool was nice, the location was okay, and we rented a bike nearby. It cost 250,000 at the hotel, but we got one for 150,000 for a night at a nearby hotel. We checked in early and checked out late, no issues there."

"Very nice clean. we have had honey decoration and wedding anniversary decoration arranged which was good but i feel like it was slightly over priced. overall Gili T was expensive then other islands any way. we rented electric bike from there, it was slightly higher then outside. There was a ladder outside the toilet window (big net window only) we can't cover the window. There was some constuction going on. It was removed after complaint but it should not have been there, Thats the Privacy issue. Breakfast was good. Hotel staff was cooperative, and very friendly. Pool was good and clean. Everything was good apart from the things mentioned above."
