"Since 2015, we have visited this hotel numerous times and always enjoyed its wide array of amenities. The hotel features a game room, public bath, spa, and sauna, ensuring guests have plenty of ways to relax and unwind. Additionally, it offers a diverse menu of activities, including unique marine sports, making it perfect for those seeking adventure. Situated within the Okinawa National Beach Park, the hotel provides easy access to the beach, allowing guests to step out and enjoy the beautiful coastline.
The hotel also houses three stores, offering convenient shopping options at any time. We especially appreciated receiving free coupons when room service wasn’t required. Breakfast at the hotel is truly exceptional, with a variety of choices available. We particularly enjoyed the sushi bowls served on two mornings during our stay. The dining area is thoughtfully designed, with both indoor and outdoor seating that ensures privacy between tables. Dining while gazing at the stunning sea view was a delightful experience.
However, one issue marred our otherwise pleasant stay. On the night of our arrival, two family members used the public bath and were informed that the fee was 300 yen per person. Yet, upon checkout, we discovered we had been charged 1800 yen for their visit. Despite asking the receptionist twice for clarification, she insisted this was the correct charge for two people. My family members noted that other guests had paid 300 yen in cash before entering the bath, but since they didn’t have cash on hand, the fee was billed to our room. This discrepancy felt unfair and left us disappointed.
Overall, despite this billing issue, we greatly enjoyed our time at Rizza Sea Park Hotel and look forward to returning in the future."
