"The hotel is conveniently located very close to Hamdeok Beach. Getting there is easy, whether by car or taxi, and there's ample parking for guests. Our villa was incredibly luxurious, and our family had a fantastic time. The staff thoroughly explained all the in-room amenities, and they even offer a self-service platform for ordering food delivery. The pool water was sparkling clean, the air conditioning was perfectly cool, and honestly, we couldn't find a single flaw."

"I was very impressed with the Roan Hotel and Resort. From the amenities cleanliness staff and location. A superior experience and I had a fantastic stay. When I had to return to Jeju Airport for an early flight, the desk clerk who arranged the Uber for me arrived early just to make sure my Uber driver was on time. Tremendous customer support. Affordable great amenities WiFi sauna pool restaurant gym golf course even a 7- 11 in the hotel plus a friendly attentive staff and of course spacious clean rooms . You will not be disappointed"

"Choosing Sono Belle Hotel for our family trip to Jeju was an excellent decision – it made traveling with kids a breeze! The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from Hamdeok Beach. The gentle slopes and small waves make it super safe for kids to play in the sand and wade in the water, and it's easily accessible even with a stroller. Our ocean view room offered a fantastic vista, with a balcony directly facing the beautiful blue sea and sky. Waking up to the sunrise and enjoying the sea breeze in the evening made for incredible photos. The room itself was spacious and clean. The family room had ample space and came with a separate kitchen and a refrigerator, which was incredibly convenient for preparing baby food and warming milk. We even received a complimentary Korean meal kit upon check-in, which was easy to make and a lovely touch. The amenities are very family-friendly: free parking, stable WiFi, and a souvenir shop in the lobby. There are also plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient. Although there isn't a dedicated kids' club, the beach and surrounding walking paths offer plenty of opportunities for kids to burn off energy. Overall, it offers great value for money and is an ideal choice for a family vacation in Jeju."

"I didn't have high expectations because of some negative reviews, but it exceeded them. It had a view of Hallasan Mountain, was surrounded by greenery, and was friendly and clean. I did notice the bathroom smell mentioned in the reviews, but it wasn't constant; it was intermittent. I think it's unavoidable because the pipes are old. Closing the bathroom door solved the problem."

"The place was more charming than I expected and absolutely perfect for kids to play. Both the male manager and the lady working the afternoon shift at the front desk during our Wednesday check-in were very friendly. Above all, the cleanliness was superb. Although it's a tourist accommodation with some age, the hallways were clean, the window terrace was spotless without a single cobweb, and the bathroom was impeccably clean with no visible black mold. We booked for 2 nights and 3 days, and on our second day, we were pleasantly surprised to find our room tidied up, with fresh towels, water, and even new disposable scrub pads replenished! Traveling with kids, snacks inevitably got spilled. When I wiped the floor with a wet wipe, I was amazed that not a single speck of dust came off – it was truly spotless. On the morning of our check-out, the sun finally came out. Looking out from the terrace, I saw staff diligently cleaning from early morning, even using a robot cleaner for the swimming pool. This level of dedication was impressive! The rooms were also very large and spacious, which was a significant plus. Each room had a ceiling-mounted system air conditioner. However, when the AC vents were opened, I noticed some black mold, and there was a bit of dust accumulated on top of the refrigerator. I hope they can address these minor cleaning points. Aside from that, it truly offers incredible value for money – it's the best! I even considered extending our stay for another day, but it seemed like the rain would continue, so we stuck to our original schedule. Nevertheless, if I ever visit Jeju Island with my kids again, this is definitely a place I'd love to return to! It's great because it's clean and there are plenty of activities for kids. Highly, highly recommended!"

"I stayed in a room at Saijier. The room was large, with a living room, bedroom, and a kitchen equipped with a microwave, electric stove, and all the necessary utensils. It's also very close to the beach, and many locals come to visit on weekends. There are also various activities available! It's quite suitable for a relaxing vacation. The front desk staff doesn't speak Chinese and is rather inflexible!"

"GS25 convenient store at hotel lobby provides convenience to customers. Requested for more pillows but they said each room is limited to two extra although we have 4 guests. Nearby parking is limited so the car needs to be parked far away behind the resort's pool. Limited available power sockets for charging (only 2) Breakfast spread was good with plenty of food options, highly recommended"
