"I really liked this hotel. The pool had just been renovated (they notified me in advance that there would be some technical work on the day of my arrival). The pool is located between two buildings, so it's mostly shaded, and you can only sunbathe from 2 PM to 4 PM. There are water stations on every floor, so you don't have to search for the nearest 7-Eleven. Housekeeping is good and done throughout the day. There's a drying rack in the closet. As for soundproofing, it's quiet in the hotel unless there are noisy Indian guests. Some rooms face the neighboring condo, while others face the main facade. The white noise from passing mopeds didn't bother my rest at all. The price during the low season was excellent. The ladies at the reception were very sweet 🫰"

"The hotel's location is quite remote; it's very inconvenient to get around on foot if you don't have a car. Although the hotel is a bit old, the exterior has been renovated. However, you can still spot rust in some small areas. Overall, the facilities are decent, but the cleanliness is a major issue. The room was incredibly dirty. After walking around in slippers for a short while, they were already black. When I wiped the table with a small white towel, it turned black instantly. The faucets were covered in grime; I had no choice but to clean them myself. The breakfast offered was very basic, only bread, cakes, eggs, sausages, and bacon. The bacon was fried so hard it was inedible. There were no appetizing food options, no Thai food, and no noodles. In short, it was okay for sleeping, but everything else left much to be desired!"

"My daughter and I stayed here for 11 days, and everything about our experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff consistently greeted us with warm smiles, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The location is excellent—convenient and easy to get around, whether you’re exploring nearby malls or just looking for places to eat and relax. Nearby terminal 21 and lotus.It really made our trip more enjoyable and stress-free. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for comfort, great service, and a prime location."

"If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is an excellent choice. We stayed for a week. The rooms are newly renovated, everything is clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and always ready to help. If you're walking, it might be a bit far. But if you have a scooter, you couldn't ask for a better option – everything is close by. There's a fairly affordable scooter rental not far from the hotel. Within a 10-minute walk, there's a small market food court, massage parlors, a laundry service, and a coffee shop with very decent coffee. I also highly recommend the Godzilla bar and restaurant; it's delicious, has a great atmosphere, and is nearby. We were happy to spend our time here and would gladly stay again."

"Had a fantastic stay here. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious, plus it had a balcony that was perfect for relaxing. Downstairs, there's a huge pool that's great for swimming and taking photos – it really makes for some amazing shots. The service was also excellent and very friendly. "What impressed me was how the staff remembered my dog's name. They were polite, spoke well, and provided excellent service. I've been there twice: the first time with my 13-year-old dog, and the second with my 11-month-old puppy. However, there are two issues. First, the building that allows pets also accommodates guests without pets. The problem is, as soon as I brought my pet into the building, other guests immediately showed fear of my dog, even though we all had to stay in the same building. I wish they would separate these buildings. I felt uncomfortable for other guests and it was awkward to walk my dog, even though I paid full price for my room and an additional pet fee. It's hard to know how to act when you're in the same building as people who are afraid of dogs. Perhaps they should ask guests beforehand if they are comfortable staying in a pet-friendly building; that would be better 😂. The other issue is that the room floors are very slippery for dogs. If a place allows pets, the flooring should really be better. I completely forgot that my dog could barely walk after our first stay. This time, as soon as we left the hotel, I took my dog straight to the vet because she was limping and holding up one leg. It turned out to be inflamed tendons from slipping. Overall, it was good, but I probably won't go back because the vet bills for my dog weren't worth it 😂. People who aren't pet owners might not understand, but everything else was perfect: the food, the service, and the cleanliness."

"The hotel is close to a central street with excellent massages, fruit carts, etc. The pools and the beaches are wonderful, beautiful views. The staff in the pool and in the reception are friendly. They serve with love and a great smile. We will come back with no doubt."
