"Dear Management team I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, this visit was not a pleasant experience compared to my previous stays, where I had received clean rooms and excellent service from your staff. On the day of check-in, I made a same-day booking for a double bed room. I understand that availability might be limited for last-minute reservations. Upon arrival, the male staff at the front desk informed me that only a twin-bed room was available that night and asked if that was acceptable. I agreed without any issue and was given Room 558. Another staff member escorted me to the room. After dropping off my luggage, I went out for a walk by the beach and did not inspect the room thoroughly. When I returned and looked for drinking water, I could not find any. I called the front desk to ask if complimentary drinking water was provided. The staff confirmed it was, and said it should be near the closet—but after checking again, there was clearly no water in the room. I also noticed that the room was not clean. There were pine needles on the table, and even termites in several spots. It gave the impression that the room was not ready for guests. When I informed the front desk, they explained that the room was a ”spare room” used for last-minute bookings. I found this quite unacceptable. If the room is not in a proper condition to be sold, it should not be assigned to any guest. I then requested a room change. Initially, I was told the hotel was fully booked. I insisted again, asking if truly there were no other available rooms. After a short wait, the staff informed me that Room 552 was available—also a twin-bed room. I agreed to take a look. When I was taken to Room 552, I found that it actually had a double bed (not twin as I was told) and was slightly cleaner than the previous room. I told the housekeeper I would like to move to this room. After the move, no one from the front desk contacted me to apologize or follow up about the issue. The only gesture I received was from the housekeeper who brought the new room key along with a voucher for one complimentary of drink . I chose not to make a fuss further as I did not want to waste my time during what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the quality of room maintenance and the service provided by your team, especially in handling complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction. "Overall? Great. We had a sea view tent. We stayed for 1 night only to see the beautiful sunrise. It is comfortable enough with a conditioner and everything you can think of you need in a trip like that. The shower and toilet is a separate small building, everyone has it . Also the tents have a much larger separate territory if you can call it that. But you know it is still a tent , and the shower building is made out of bamboo. If you don't mind some ants and a few geckos here and there go for it. Breakfast was good, the restaurant was ok, cocktails are mostly meh. Hotel guests have a separate area for dining, so go around 6 if you want to get the best tables for the main show that is the sunset. The hotel staff was helpful. Not really sure what to do here besides a few sunrises,but to each its own I suppose. The territory is beautiful with a lot of green and flowers. It takes around 2 hours to get from kata. It was about 1100 b one way with bolt from. I liked it, and recommend going at least once."

"We’ve stayed at The Hotspring Beach Resort & Spa many times over the years, and it never disappoints. There’s something incredibly relaxing about coming back here, it just feels easy and familiar in the best possible way. The atmosphere is peaceful, the surroundings are beautiful, and the hot springs are always a highlight. It’s the kind of place where you can truly switch off and recharge. Every visit reminds us why we keep returning. We absolutely love it and will definitely be back again."

"The hotel consists of individual villas, surrounded by a lot of greenery, which is quite beautiful! It's very close to the beach, separated by just a road from the accommodations and breakfast area. There are security guards to help with traffic, which is very convenient. The beach is also very clean and quiet, with only hotel guests, so it's peaceful! This hotel is perfect for a relaxing vacation without much sightseeing. It's a bit far from Phuket Town. There are a few restaurants nearby, but I didn't visit any, opting to eat at the hotel instead. The hotel's beachside restaurant serves delicious food and isn't expensive at all, offering great value for money. I ate all my meals there for several days, and they even have a show on Saturdays! Overall, it's pretty good. However, the staff's service awareness could be improved. When we were checking out, we had a lot of luggage. We encountered many staff members on our way to the front desk, but not a single one offered to help, and even the front desk staff didn't assist!"

"The hotel is very tired, requires investments and repairs, the location is not bad, but there is no access to the sea at all! You can walk along the road and this is very inconvenient. The rooms are large, but the service is a three, the same can be said about the breakfast... it clearly does not reach even 4 stars."

"This is my 4th time staying at aleenta resort. Stayed at the 3 bedroom beachfront villa and 1 bedroom before. This time we stayed at the beachfront (studio) villa. Enjoyed every moment in our beachfront villa. Spa is v good as usual. We also had our dinner at the edge, love coming in the low session, nice and quiet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will definitely come again with my family & friends."

"We had the pleasure of staying at Sametnangshe Boutique, and though the location is quite remote with not much around except for long-tail boat excursions, the peaceful atmosphere made it worth the trip. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking sunrise, which you can enjoy right from your room. We stayed in Villa 18, and the views from there were truly stunning—every sunrise and sunset felt like a magical experience, and we have countless photos and videos to remember it by. The service was exceptional, with Nina and the staff going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. While the hotel doesn’t have a spa, it’s important to note that this is a boutique property, not a large resort. Despite that, the peacefulness and the unforgettable views made our stay truly special. If you're looking for a quiet, serene escape with some of the most beautiful sunrises you’ll ever see, Sametnangshe Boutique is the perfect choice. We would definitely return!"
