They have two buildings and hips of rooms available. Service is not bad and food is good.

Was given our first room, heater was not working, got into second room. Also minimal heat. When checking out we informed staff and they neglected to try and justify nor give a discount. Our nights were very cold with it being -30 outside

Second time staying. Overall pretty rough for the price. The staff is very professional and helpful so no issues there. However the room was in dire need of renovations and had a pretty funky smell (cheap cleaner?). The bathroom had hairs in it and was not well cleaned. Also the pool was closed for renovation which was frustrating considering it was the only reason I booked the place because we were traveling with a toddler. (To be fair they were offering free passes to the aquatic center but the last thing I wanted to do was put the kid back in the car). Also the key cards didn’t work the first time around. Overall, for me it’s not worth the few bucks saved now that there are more and more options in Revelstoke so we will not be coming back.

I was impressed with the front desk folks. Check-in was efficient. Plus the 2nd front desk person did a great patient and professional job of dealing with a difficult person from a local college who was (noisily & huffily) giving him and the hotel a hard time about a reservation, when it was clear she didn't have her facts straight.

Overall good location and amenities for a short-term stay....which is all that we could judge. However, pools out of commission and registrants not notified in advance of or at the time of check-in. Very disappointing.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable, room had all amenities that were needing. Having the Denny’s in the hotel was super convenient. Definitely recommend, great bang for your buck!

It has a small kitchenette, so you could make food in your room if you wanted to. Comfy beds.

Pools closed for renovations and no mention of this at time of booking. We did receive passes for Revelstoke Aquatic Center but hours not conducive to our schedule.
