Grizz Hotel

The first impression isn't very good. The building looks very run-down. It seems like renovations have begun. The entrance area/reception aren't very inviting. The room and bathroom have been renovated and are fine. The room has a refrigerator that's very loud. We had to turn it off. It's also strange that the old, broken smoke detector is still hanging from the ceiling without a cover. If you like it dark at night, you'll need a blindfold. We didn't have the included breakfast because we didn't like the room. We also hadn't read any positive reviews about the breakfast. The hotel is fine for one night. The location is great, as it's very close to restaurants.

This hotel is very conveniently located near Revelstoke city center. This was my second stay. The owner is said to be Chinese, and the staff also appear Asian, though they don't seem to speak Chinese. Check-in was quick and easy. My room was on the second floor and was relatively clean. There's a large parking lot in front of the hotel, making parking quite convenient. There are two Chinese restaurants in Revelstoke, about a five-minute walk from the hotel. Both restaurants are next to each other, and the owners are Cantonese. The food is average.

The town is beautiful, the hotel is also very good, clean and quiet, just next to the police station, haha, the complimentary breakfast is also very good!
