Just for a transit spending one night. Plus: room was wide and comfortable. bathroom also wide, with enough towels. Coffee bag was provided, maybe free of charge. Breakfast starts from 6am, which was actual not so bad. Location a bit far from airport but 10 minutes or so drive. Minus: bar on the day arrived closed at 9pm (information said it is open till 10pm). No bar and restaurant nearby the hotel. there was a pantry but just selling crisp (at 5 US dollars!) and detergent only. AC was old fashioned.

Facility was good, but better service is desirable. For example, a bottle of water, while costs nothing, but it greatly help avoid late night search around the whole facility.

Very good stay, we lucked out having to arrived same time as airport shuttle. Front desk was busy but a minimum wait. Breakfast was good either way egg and cheese omelettes. Off next morning for cruise port, would return.

experience was alright! check in and check out was efficient. took the airport shuttle which was not bad but they should be clearer on their website where the pickup point from the airport is. i had to call the hotel front desk and was answered by a staff who rudely spoke to me and told me the pick up spot. had to call 3 times before they answered me and i was worried that i would not have transport to the hotel...

we fly from Singapore to Boston. before departure. we email Hotel about the pickup service on 2nd Aug 2025. and all the way we didn't receive any replies. we keep on calling the reception conter without any answers. so we had to take uber service being spent $28 more. while we check in from conter, staff told we dont have to make any reservation .every twenty mins. there is the shuttle bus available . but its our first time come to boston, really dont konw how to go.

We stay here a lot. The rooms are big, climate control is quiet, and shuttle service to airport is every twenty minutes, starting at three in the morning, and does not require a phone call for airport pick up. Beds are comfortable, shower is good, and there is a fridge in the room. The area is not spectacular but we do feel safe. Many restaurant choices on Uber so we have what we need for total comfort.

Free shuttle to the airport. Good breakfast including sausage and eggs. Great for an overnight layover for flying out of Boston.

Arrived late-ish for an overnight stay before a flight next day out of Logan. Check-in was quick, and the shuttle to the airport was easy to organise for the next day. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable – a bit dated in parts but perfectly fine for a short stay. Breakfast was available early, with enough variety to get going. Would use again for the convenience if flying in or out of Boston. Not cheap, but then nowhere was for my date so I guess fair value overall.

I made this reservation months in advance and also arranged airport pick up at midnight. When we arrived at the airport, I called the hotel to ask where to get the shuttle and to ask what time it would arrive. The person only told me me "Soon, goodbye" and ended the call. We tried calling a again and was told the same thing. The shuttle came eventually. We almost called an Uber because we had no idea how long it would be. At check in, we were told there were no rooms available even though the person could see the reservation in the system. We were told that because we did not call to say we would arrive after 11pm, no rooms were available. I told him I had called to arrange airport pickup after 11pm and was not told that I had to call closer to the check in date you say we would arrive after 11pm. After about 30 minutes, we were finally given a room. The room itself was fine. The bed was very comfortable. There were other guests who also has a reservation snd were ultimately turned away. It seems that the hotel gets overbooked with third parties, including Trip and *******. Better to book with this hotel directly, and call to let them know if you are going to arrive after 11pm..
