Staybridge Suites BOSTON LOGAN AIRPORT - REVERE by IHG

The property was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff at reception were also friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient, with a supermarket nearby. The room itself was spacious, clean, and nicely presented, and overall I had a very positive impression of the property. There was, however, one concern. The bed sheets did not appear to have been freshly changed after the previous guest. They were quite wrinkled, and I noticed some slight discoloration on the surface. It looked as though the bed had simply been remade using the same sheets. Given how clean and well-maintained everything else was, this was particularly disappointing. Aside from this issue, I was very happy with the room, facilities, location, and service.

Good service

a great place to stay, only the breakfast could have had more options, but the hotel is very good in every other way

Great location with all the amenities we needed!

Hotel Stay was good. However, Charging $30 per night for Parking is CRAZY when you're already paying $240-$290 per night. Literal shakedown there.

Bed bugs. Both lower legs bites. Showed the front desk a paper towel loaded with them. On duty manager said it was only dirt.

The hotel was clean and the room was large. The kitchen area was nice to have when we ordered food to eat in the room. The breakfast was average. The breakfast area seating was too crowded. We would stay again if in area

The rooms were clean and well stocked. Oscar at the front desk was very friendly, informative and helpful. Breakfast was good but the orange juice was watered down and the bananas were about 5 days from being ripe enough to eat. It was pretty easy to access and inside the hotel was warm and inviting. I would recommend they add more snack foods to their "store". There was a good variety of drinks and frozen food/dinners, but I would have liked to see more chips, candy and snacks. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay for my family of 5!
