The hotel is small but thankfully clean. The heating wasn't quite sufficient, so it wasn't very warm. The location is close to the airport shuttle, but it's a bit of a walk to the city center. The donuts downstairs are delicious though!

The hotel's location is convenient, but they don't have triple rooms. There are good restaurants downstairs or nearby. There's a car park, but only small cars can safely fit; larger cars might not make it.

This hotel has a noisy bar on the first floor, making guests uncomfortable. The front desk was dismissive and seemed discriminatory towards Asians, unlike their friendly attitude towards others. After receiving the wrong room, the staff blamed the Trip platform and accused me of being aggressive when I tried to resolve it, then threatened to call the police and evicted me without a refund. Despite my travels to over 10 countries, this was my worst experience. Parking is difficult, the room quality is poor, and the heating is noisy. Avoid this hotel due to poor service and disrespectful staff.

Good location, and there is a reman shop next to the hotel. The breakfast was great as well. 5mins walk from the free parking lot as well as the whale watching harbor. Of course it is not far away from the corner shops and bars. All the restaurants are 10mins walk away. Highly recommend!

Good location!

This hotel is perfectly located in the city center, within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants, and conveniently located for transportation. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-insulated, ensuring excellent sleep. The spacious and thoughtfully designed common areas are perfect for relaxing or simply reading, and were my favorite part of my stay.

The location is the best! The service was also good. As soon as you come out in front of the hotel, you can see a great view!

It was better than my friend and I expected! The hotel environment and service attitude were very good. When we were traveling in the south, we found that the power bank had fallen in the hotel. Because we changed hotels after returning from the south, we were in a hurry to catch the flight the next day. After contacting the hotel, the hotel staff actually helped us deliver it to the front desk of another hotel where we were staying! Super touched!! And the facilities and room environment are really good in Iceland

The environment is very good. As the last night of the trip to Iceland, maybe because the whole journey was very happy, the last night was very comfortable.

Nordic style hotel, super safe. You need to swipe the room card twice to enter the room floor and elevator. Breakfast time is from 7 to 10 in the morning (included). The hotel has a free sauna for guests. It’s freezing in Iceland. It’s not too comfortable to use a sauna to cool down. There is a Japanese ramen restaurant in front of the hotel. If I remember correctly, it’s called Ramen Momo. It’s next to it. The famous Tintin Museum is very small in Leicester City and is very convenient to go anywhere. The nearby bus stop is bus stop 4.

Very good hotel There is a parking lot downstairs, which is located in P1, and the price will be relatively high.
