Unit 403 is way better than Unit 402! More spacious with 2 washrooms provided. Most importantly, their water heater works perfectly fine. I love the self-check-in system which is easy, quick, and seamless. The same goes for their luggage storage room! We were lucky to be able to witness the aurora from our unit!

Good location. Kitchen is well equipped. Very nice place to stay.

It was a great place, and we love the kitchen it provides. We had a great time there, and the bathroom is warm. If we come to Iceland next time, we would book it again for sure.

Location superb. However, the heater are not working. The bathroom water temperature not stable, sometime would be extremely hot and cold.

Be careful if you select this apartment. I checked out at 6:30am for early flight and left Iceland before noon. I received an email when landed in London notifying me I was spotted inside the room and automatically charged me an extra night for late checkout without clarification. (Lucky that I checked email during travel) Called Trip.com for help who was only a mailbox relating reception’s message. I needed to make many distant calls in London telling the receptionist I had kept the boarding pass as evidence then he said he mixed up the room number and agreed to refund, that I suffered exchange rate loss and card charge. A poorly managed apartment that frustrated me in a wonderful trip of Iceland.

Good location for stay in reykjavik. But the washroom a little but dirty.

Superior location in the city center, only a few minutes walk to the nearby shopping street. And within 5 minutes walk with Bonus, very convenient if you have to cook at the hotel. The room is convenient, the facilities are visible a bit old, but the use is not too affected, basic cooking facilities are available, however it is worth noting that even if the hood is turned on to cook, the smoke sensor in the room will ring, the hotel may know that there is such a situation, written instructions to deal with it. Also sound insulation is relatively poor, the hotel is located next to the street, in the room is very clear sound of the street, if sleeping to sound sensitive people is not suitable.

Advantages: Self-service check-in, very convenient experience, located in the center of Lei City, you can walk to various attractions in the city, there is a parking lot, suitable for self-driving tours! With an open kitchen, kitchenware is available, there are 2 relatively large supermarkets nearby, it is very convenient to buy things and cook them! It is about 500 meters away from the Sun Voyager. I took a photo of the colorful northern lights in the sky of the Sun Voyager on the night of check-in, thank you! Disadvantages: It is recommended to replace the curtains in the shower room. The cloth looks very unclean, which wastes such a good shower experience, because the water is geothermal Liuhuang hot spring water (the rotten egg smell is authentic Liuhuang water, very slippery after showering), it is a good suggestion to simply decorate the shower room!

Hello, cold water doesn't come out right away, only hot water comes out.

It was nice that I could cook for myself in a two-person room. The downside is that although the water is drinkable because it's hot spring water, it has a sulfur smell, which means it smells like rotten eggs all the time.

I booked two days and asked the hotel to clean the room after the first day, but was told they would charge 150 euros. What's going on? Does a room costing over 5,000 euros a night not include cleaning?
