Briet Apartments

This apartement is located perfectly in the center of Reykjavik, everything can be reached by foot within a few minutes walk. Unfortunately the apartement is badly maintained and quite dirty. The rooms are arranged like a circle, means you have to cross either 2 bedrooms, or one bedroom and the bathroom to reach the kitchen, which is not suitable if you really need all 3 bedrooms (e.g. if you travel as a group of 6 people like we did). The kitchen is incredibly small and poorly equipped, so 6 people can not sit and enjoy a meal together. Everything is actually tiny, there is almost no space for your baggage, and each room has only one very little wardrobe. In addition to these problems, the worst of all was that the lack of privacy when getting a shower or going to the toilet, since the doors to the bathroom could not be locked properly. So, dont have high expectations, and if you are not more than 4 people on a short trip and dont put value on cleanliness, you can go for it - but dont forget earplugs since you hear everything from the other apartement in the 2nd floor. I would not recommend this apartement!
