The toilet keep flushing itself, was noisy whole night.
And then we called the service depar**ent, he said somebody will come to fix it but nobody come to 😞

The location is not the best but 20 minutes walk from the downtown is acceptable. Love the designs of the hotel and the amenities. The room is very spacious and has most of the things you’d need for a stay. It is really nice to see coffee machine and fruits in room. Everything is very neat and tidy. However, the check-in process was not satisfactory. It is really hard to reach out to a staff in the hotel. The self-check-in process requires an email from the hotel that tells you the room number and passcode. Since the only pin is got was the booking pin but not the check-in pin, it took me long time to realise I did not possess the check-in pin to enter the hotel. The hotline provided by the hotel was not working at all. Thankfully trip.com’s CS was really helpful in contacting the hotel for me. The hotel’s staff were really friendly and polite but the fact that I didn’t receive the room no and passcode beforehand was still very frustrating. Therefore the best advice to book this hotel is to check whether you have the room number and passcode at least 1-2 days before your stay. Other than the check-in issue, I had a nice stay here.

整體算乾淨 空間不是很大 一個人住剛好
無人管理的酒店多少還是讓遊客有些不踏實
聯絡也不是很方便 剛好遇到一對新加坡遊客 他們沒有收到房間密碼 在酒店外面折騰很久

酒店十分舒適，去到的時候沙發床已經打開了，記得提早跟酒店說有多少人。但是是self check-in，可以清楚說明一下。但整體感覺很好

Am Kompliziertesten war der Check in. Um das Zahlenschloss am Eingang zu öffnen, musste man vom eigenen Handy eine Nummer anrufen. Das Hotel kommt komplett ohne Personal aus. Die Zimmer sind groß, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Gläser und ein paar Kapseln waren vorhanden- leider zu wenig Ablagefläche.
Während unseres 1wöchigen Aufenthaltes wurde nicht geputzt und keine Mülleimer geleert, auch keine neue Bettwäsche.
Aber der Preis ist extrem günstig, trotz des Drecks würden wir wiederkommen.

因為退不了所以忍着住了第二晚。和第一晚一樣沒有暖氣，聯繫攜程，攜程聯繫酒店，酒店説沒人能修。行吧，大冬天的真的很冷。客房也沒有任何打掃。而且沒有主動發給我第二天的密碼，聯繫了攜程客服才給我發。但是那個密碼沒有被激活，所以導致我又被關在門外。入住兩晚被關在門外三次，酒店也沒有任何道歉和補償。非常垃圾！

凌晨一點到達酒店，原來是自助check in ，沒有收到任何通知，最後找trip客服解決問題，但是體驗很差！
熱水很慢，等了快15分鐘才有，
其他環境都很好

飯店需要預約預付然後才給你密碼和房間號！我們既然已經過了不可取消事件，為什麼Trip.com不直接預先跟酒店確認把密碼房號給客人。
我們沒有密碼房號，飯店連個前台都沒有，我們衹能在低温大風冷的要命的門口跟一個對講機交涉，最後快要邊冰條才能拿到密碼進大堂。
這是我一生中最壞的經驗，我這輩子住過上千晚上的酒店！第一次遭遇這種事。這家名字也叫飯店不是民宿，怎麼有這樣的服務。
而且對講機的客服衹會講英語，我那兩個一起的朋友不會英語，如果沒我在，怎麼辦呢。
所以請trip.com正視要預先有密碼房號入住的飯店。對客人有個交代
