The food and the serviced is absolutely amazing but the main problem for me is the overall staff, we had a massive ant infestation in are hotel room on the 5th floor and when we ask to get rid of them they did nothing. We also had people walk in the room when the do not disturb sign was up and I witnessed one of the waiters swear at my brother for not having eyes on the back of his head when he bumped into him. Seems all fake smiles to me. Finally I had my sunglasses stolen from me and when I asked the hotel staff to see if they had it or if they will help they just said no sorry.

Firstly Rhodes is a wonderful Island and the people are very friendly, the Hotel has good and bad points, first the good, the Breakfast and food buffet are very good, the waiting staff in the bars are friendly and quick, the rooms are a little tired as is the linen and the towels, we booked a double room and got two singles pushed together!! My bottom sheet did not even reach the end of the bed!! We went all inclusive which is something I do not normally do, we booked our special meals included, total disappointment, a set meal which is literally thrown at you in quick succession, my advice if coming to Rhodes is to inly come bed and breakfast, the old town is close with plenty of choice in places to eat. Overall a nice holiday but thar was more down to the company than the hotel.

Just come back from this hotel it’s was great and there’s always something going on. My toddler loved the kids part I didn’t leave my child but the indoor area allowed him to run some steam off and keep him out the sun, the staff are very friendly. I can’t recommend the pizzas from Dave, the garlic ones are incredible (pool side bar/food area) The staff seem to be the same people which is nice and regardless the long days they still smiled and put the effort in. The rooms were clean and drinks on arrival which was a nice touch. Sophia does a great facial too. I’d definitely go back.

Great hotel, very clean and staff always on hand and helpful. Great sea views and close to the airport with a short transfer. Would definitely visit again. Note: David at the pool bar/ restaurant does the best stonebaked pizza's! Top man - good skills!

I would like to start by saying that this hotel is aimed (it appears to us) at families, and at this it absolutely excels. We travelled as a family of 3 with a 13 year old. The hotel is located about 20 mins drive from the airport and 10 mins from Rhodes Town. It is on a busy road but this didn't affect us as the windows are well soundproofed and the aircon worked well. Room was spotless, and was cleaned to a very high standard daily. Free minibar in the room which was topped up daily as well as tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel is huge but we found it friendly, the staff work their socks off, and are seamlessly efficient. We found everyone helpful, attentive and smiley. The food choices are just exceptional, it's all hot and the variety very impressive from chinese, Greek, Italian and lots in-between. You will never go hungry or thirsty with the variety of restaurants, pool bars and indoor bars. Good amusement arcade, well stocked shops. Massive bonus of a hire car agent in the hotel which we used and was well priced and totally stress free. Rhodes is beautiful, this was our first trip but won't be the last. Our only suggestion would be a more formal welcome sheet explaining where everything is and how the food/restaurants work but this is truly a tiny ******, otherwise perfect!

Overall, this is a fantastic hotel. Only 10-15 minutes from the airport by taxi, clean and very relaxing as everything is included in the price. Especially great to have even the bar included. A few caveats though. Nothing here that should really put anyone off but things to consider... - There's nothing around the hotel that's walkable. Old Town is only 10 minutes away by taxi but if you fancy a stroll to maybe some local shops, there's nothing nearby at all. - The beach is awful and just full of stones. I'd not stay here if I wanted to spend time on the beach, but this wasn't a concern of ours. - As many others have said here, there's not nearly enough sun beds by the pools. It's crazy really as there's plenty of space but on our first day we had to wait four hours before any became available. This is easily rectifiable by the hotel and would improve the ratings a lot. - The evening entertainment is sporadic and confusing. There was a sign up for a family disco the whole time we were there but it never happened. Odd as they kept changing the posters either side of it. The mini disco seemed to start at whatever time they felt like it and the outside entertainment finished far too early. But food and friendliness of staff all very good and the hotel itself is impressive. Definitely a great hotel for a relaxing stay.

Hotel was about 30 minutes from the airport by coach. Quite a large hotel very modern style and kept very clean. After we checked in at the reception desk we were given our room number and floor and told where the elevators were, no porter to show us our room or help with luggage. Certain elevators go to Certain floors and are quite compact. Rooms are clean and bright although quite small for a family of three. Two single beds separately made up and pushed together and ond single bed in the corner. Flat screen tv with English news channels and other channels in German and other languages. Mini bar restocked daily with fizzy drinks,water and white wine also a small bottle of red wine was left in the room. Also tea and coffee facilities in the room. Bathroom had a bath with over shower and toiletrie supplies. Main buffet restaurant was kept clean and tidy staff seemed very helpful and friendly. A large and varied selection of food witch was mostly very good lots of flavour,. Italian, Greek, aisian and grill and plenty of chips if that's your thing. Also a few speciality Restaurants on the resort. Also a few bars inside and out. Outside were a couple of pools large pool and a small children's pool and an adults only pool also a small indoor pool. No where near enough sunbeds to cater for guests. There is a beach with sunbeds and a beach bar for basic drinks only. Beach is mainly stoney with a small ***** of sand. There is a tunnel that runs under the road between the hotel and the beach. Entertainment I thought was quite poor, very little if anything during the day there was a kids club my granddaughter attended once for about an hour but got bored and didn't want to go back, this was the same impression from other guests. There was a kids mini disco in the evening didn't seem to have a set time and could be between 10 and 30 minutes and not much English speaking. Other evening entertainment was not the best, bingo, karaoke and a hotel quality singing troops. Also there is no kids play park on the site that could be found. Other guests also thought there was but could not find a play park. Something to be warned about is a large round concrete surface by the children's pool area that has a poorly marked step to the sunbed/pool area I would say is very dangerous. While we were there a older lady fell and fractured her ankle quite badly. Two days after I fell but luckily only sprained my ankle not too badly. We also see two further people fall during the week were there. I have written a separate complaint to the hotel about my concerns. Overall it was a quite a nice stay but the children's entertainment needs a lot of improvement. Rhodes is a lovely island an I would definitely recommend a visit to the old town. A beautiful medieval walled town and only a ten minute bus ride which cost 1.80 euro return from outside the hotel.

Very welcoming upon arrival with reception staff being very helpful with information and advice. Great selection of food and drink - all day and night! High quality spirits / branded drinks available just be sure to specifically ask for these when ordering. Walkable along accessible promenade to the centre of Rhodes old town (approx 5km) which is definitely worth a visit! Taxis can also be easily ordered outside of the hotel or via reception staff if walking isn’t your thing! Lots of things to do in the evening - traditional show / mini disco, a more chilled vibe in the lobby bar (table service available) or a vibrant energy in the sports bar. Speciality restaurants available to book - I would advise you do these asap as they do get booked up pretty quickly! The main restaurants / snack bars however will not leave you disappointed with a wide range of food available - you certainly won’t go hungry! Room clean and spacious with the team coming in during the day and doing a great job cleaning / tidying. There are plenty of sun beds available around the pools and although the outdoor pools aren’t heated they are still usable and gradually get warmer during the day as the sun warms the water! Would we recommend a visit? Would we come back? Most certainly! This was a great location and hotel to visit for our first family holiday to Rhodes!

Had a lovely 5 nights here. Staff were welcoming and friendly and worked hard to keep the place clean and respond to visitor’s needs. Food was very good- freshly cooked throughout the day and a great choice. Fresh stone baked pizzas cooked by David were a highlight throughout the day to go with the cold beer on tap. Direct access to beach with AI bar was a nice touch- water was beautiful colour. Location excellent for getting into Rhodes Town (5-10mins) which was beautiful. Bus stop directly outside hotel for €1. 80 or €10 in a taxi. Well worth a visit and tended to head here in the evenings. A great holiday and would definitely recommend!
