Mitsis Faliraki

The experience in this hotel was beyond our expectations. We had such a great time with our 6 year old. There are plenty of options for kids like different kinds of watersides, a lovely playground and a kids club with lots of activities to enjoy. The room was lovely and the beds extremely comfortable. A bit more closet space would have been nice but we managed. The main restaurant offered a great variety of delicious food. There was a good deal of options for kids, as well as vegan and vegetarian meals. Additionally you had the chance to book a table in one of their 6 tasty speciality restaurants. Last but not least I need to mention the staff. In every area they were on top of their game and extremely friendly and helpful. The service in the restaurant was capable, kind, attentive and super organized. You are welcomed with a lovely smile from hostess Christina, then Christos, Nevila and Dimitri will take care of your well being and will make your stay in the restaurant a memorable experience. We had so much fun - Thank you for everything, we will be back.

My partner and I loved our stay here from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The staff were very attentive and the service they provided was 5*. A special mention has to go to Nikos on the beach and Komissa at the pool bar. Both kept our drinks topped up throughout our stay. I downloaded the Mitsis app before our stay and managed to book all the al la carte restaurants, which were all so tasty. Our favourite was the Greek restaurant. The food in the main buffet restaurant was of a good standard and we ate there for breakfast and once for our evening meal. The pita station was also a good added extra with savoury and sweet options to choose from. We felt the rooms were a little dated but in all honesty, you only shower and sleep there so that isn’t a big deal. When we first arrived we were placed in a room where over looking the bins, which we were not happy with as it was very noisy. I took a trip down to reception and they moved us the following morning without any bother at all. Another added extra we got was a bottle of champagne, chocolate strawberries and macarons one day and another day we came back to red wine and a plate of fruit. We were lucky enough to get a promotional offer to stay for two nights at their sister hotel Alila, which is only 5 minutes up the road. We jumped at the chance to experience it but in all honesty I wish we had stayed put as the service and facilities here are not a touch on Falarki Beach,

One of the best hotel i stayed. It's my birthday today and Mitsis team made it special and memorable fo me. A surprise gift of Cake and Champagne send to our room. We tried all Ala Carte and the best was Asian and Italian.We had a problem with a room on our first day but they sorted it out. Staff was polite and friendly. Cleaners work hard room was cleaned everyday.Beach was lovely and location was good near to bars, restaurant and shops. Highly recommended as they treat guest well defenitly be back again.

The hotel is 20mins from the airport - we chose private taxi which was €36 euros, we thought it was well worth it instead of the 45mins coach transfer. Arrived and greeted with lots of smiles...and this has continued throughout our week. Everyone very happy and helpful. First negative - the music played around the Al la carte restaurants (next to main pool) is played on a loop every hour. Extremely annoying as you can also hear the pool bar music at the same time. Spoke to Management on day 2, nothing changed yet (day 5). 3 different pools and great beach area, all covered with very good comfy sun loungers and provided with new thjck beach towels.. Main pool for everyone, smaller kids pool with slide and a quiter pool next to the restaurants (apart from the annoying music). All quite cold but ok, it is only in the 20's here at the moment. I'm sure it will feel great jumping in when it's a lot warmer here. Beach is very nice with a local bar, same beds and soft sand. Food - absolutely amazing for the price we paid. Different every day, lots of salads too. Not a great kids selection..a small pizza and chips area but this place really doesn't cater for kids too much. Haven't seen any daytime entertainment. They have a very small amusement area with table tennis but that's about it. A nice gym area on the grass too. There are 5 different al la carte restaurants (we have tried 3, I think that's all you're allowed but I believe if it's quiet you might be lucky with an additional one or two). All the food was well above expectations. We would eat here all week if we could. As said, no daytime entertainment but every night there is something for an hour, maybe 90 mins from an outside company. This is from 9pm onwards but gets difficult to get a seat if you haven't finished dinner by 8.30. Seen some good shows though! The local drinks are OK, we have tried the white wine, beers and a few shorts and all very acceptable (apart from the mini Guinness which tasted very weird! Haha) We upgraded to the room with its own local pool...if we came here again (which we may well do), I'm not sure if we would upgrade again. It's a small balcony area without sunbeds so we definitely prefer to go to the main pool area (where we get looked after with constant waiter service). It is a nice touch though when you're in your room and you can have you're own dip in the water. Neighbours are right there so could be annoying if you needed your privacy. Rooms themselves are lovely BUT the noise travels...you can hear everything along the corridor outside. Top tip..roll your towels along the door to dampen the rude people shouting in the night! Faliraki is a 5 minute walk with all the bars and restaurants. It does seem slightly run down as I remember it but it is early in the season. They are definitely rebuilding everywhere though. Main bus to Rhodes Town is right outside the hotel, every 30 mins and just €2.50. Its DEFINITELY worth a day or two wandering around. Overall...th

We had stayed at the Mitsis grand beach in Oct 23 and although the hotel was tired. We were impressed with service and food choices were excellent… sadly the Falaraki hotel doesn’t meet it … limited food choices and tasteless .. Greek a la crate restaurant didn’t have Greek dishes available !!! No mousakka or lamb appatentky as they have only opened this week not prepared yet … what’s point of opening without greeces signifier dish ?? Coffee served Luke warm , despite asking for it hot . Tried to get a drink in bar in evening was ignored at bar - I asked a waitress who said to take a seat she’d take the order — she didn’t arrive so I left after 10 mins Good points it’s clean and hotel looks stunning oh desserts are good and I’ve just had my first decent pina colada in main bar … actually got served as it’s nearly 11pm and quiet Mitsis brand very disappointing 5.5 days to go … might see if I can make a visit to other hotel to get some decent food ! Also brought this up at reception and apart from Offering to book us back in to that restaurant no other offer

Spending family holidays at this wonderful hotel for the second time and again very satisfied. Beautiful hotel with amazing staff working hard and taking care of all guests. Our big thank you goes to all of them but especially to Michalis, guy serving drinks at the hotel beach. He is very friendly, always joking with us and made us feel very welcome. Thank you Michalis, you are the best!!!

Everything was perfect....there is nothing to complain. We want to highlight the excellent service and the very friendly Team. Amazing! The food was really good, especially in the Theme Restaurants. We had a great time.

In June 2023, I spent 11 nights here with my partner and had an outstanding experience. The hotel and its amenities are impressive, the food (especially at the themed restaurants) is fantastic, and the cocktails are delightful. The staff are friendly and eager to assist. The highlight of our holiday was the beach pods - available for an extra fee at reception - which includes a bottle of wine and a large seasonal fruit platter. My only concern is that the pool near the sushi restaurant could benefit from better drainage due to a build-up of leaves, and there's a slight drain smell near the crepe bar, which was a bit unpleasant at times. However, considering all the positive aspects of the hotel, these are minor issues. We had an amazing holiday and will definitely stay at a Mitsis hotel again in the future! 🏝️
