We had the most amazing time here. Myself and my wife booked here not knowing what to expect. We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon and we were greeted at th front door and made feel so welcome and that our being there mattered. The room was clean and looked at both the pool and sea. The food was great. The dri ks were good. And there were numerous options. The crown jewel in this place for us was the beach. It was fantastic. Beach beds were basic but the facilities were really good. And the 2 barmen on between 10 am and midnight could not have been nicer. Myself and my wife will be returning g here next year. Not o ly for the food... not for the drinks, but for the people. The staff here ewers amazing. And a special shout out has to go to the guest relations lady who was so busy all the time but still made it her business to wish us well when we were leaving this morning .

Every employee including managers were very polite, helpful and customer oriented. The food was very good, tasty and variety of different choices. Only the cleaning especially around the pool needs to be improved. Also, the plastic glasses for beverages are not good for that frequency of people, and the guy in the bar was washing them by hand in 3-4 seconds. The sunbads are very old and most of them damaged. Everything else was PERFECT! Thank you for hospitality!

Would not return A totally honest review from an average family. We travel extensively so are able to compare experiences and standards. Check in. We arrived after dinner service opening hours. We were handed 3 unrefrigerated sandwiches in cling film from beneath the desk. Not a good first impression. Check in was fine and we were driven to our room in a buggy. Room. We had a superior family room with sea view. It was spacious basic and perfectly adequate. It took us 2 days and numerous phone calls to get clothes hangers. Fridge needed defrosting and a huge block of ice meant that space was limited. Bathroom was dirty. Cleaning. Towels are replaced daily and beds are made. Glasses etc and not cleaned or replenished. Bathroom was not cleaned. One bottle if water is left daily. Not enough especially for larger families. We complained about this We were told to buy water. When we tried to buy water we were told they had run out. We have never experienced this at an all inclusive before. Food. So so awful. We are not fussy eaters but literally lived on chips and bread. The quality of ingredients used is the main issue. Everything was tasteless bland and luke warm. Often there were no plates. On the third night we got upset and the management offered us an extra a la carte night. This was appreciated. Pizzas are ok but you have to queue. Gyros are pitta bread filled with fatty chicken and chips. Burgers on the beach were my favourite thing to eat but the burgers were usually cold and the meat questionable. The f.ood is the main reason that we would never return to this hotel. Drinks. For most bars you are given tokens that you had in each time you get a drink. Wine was always warm. Prosecco was flat. Cocktails were poor. Again cheap quality really lets the hotel down. Beach. I loved the beach although it's stony. Sea was warmer than pools. Sunloungers are tired and dirty. Late checkout. We had to pay €60 euros to get a different room for our last day. Air conditioning didn't work. We called 3 times but nobody ever arrived to fix it. We wasted the day waiting for them to come. Shower also didn't work. We complained to reception but were told no refund even partial was possible despite the fact that we paid for a room that we couldn't use. A la carte. We are at the Italian and the Spanish a la carte restaurants. The Italian was extremely poor with thick cunks of spam rather than pepperoni on my pepperoni pizza. Spanish was a lot better and we enjoyed our evening. Staff. They work so hard and extremely long hours swapping to different jobs in different areas of the resort throughout the day. It all just get amateurish- as if no one was really in control. It was end of season so staff were clearly tired and often grumpy. Area. middle of nowhere. We got the boat to lindos which was fantastic. We had lunch there which was delicious and such a welcome change. Overall I would rate this honestly as a 3 star hotel. The all inclusive is

The hotel was a good set up plenty of pools but not enough sunbeds or umbrellas. I’d dread to be there peak season. Pools were cold and weren’t seen to be cleaned daily of garden debris. Food was major disappointment, very repetitive no themed nights which would have given something different, felt like we were eating the same everyday. Lacked variety and flavour and very often cold. Kids food section was very poor. Disappointed by restaurant evening that you get included. The gyros and pizza from bars at lunchtime were best option. All staff were attentive and very friendly. Entertainment space was ok but seating very uncomfortable. Also schedule changed last minute and we had 2 nights without any show. Beach area lovely atmosphere but not enough sunbeds it was very busy. Rooms were clean and tidy serviced everyday. Matress extremely soft and uncomfortable, my husband chose to sleep on the floor as too uncomfortable. For a sustainable hotel there are no guidances for towel refresh and we had a lot of towels ended up in the bathroom. Wi-Fi terrible. No service in room at all and dropped out everywhere else. Overall average stay probably wouldn’t return just on poor food experience.

We booked our holiday through our own travel agency buisness as our target audience is mainly families with young children and this resort looked perfect for us and our 2 children, 3 years and 9 months old. The resort itself is in the Kiotari area of Rhodes (about an hour and half by boat to Rhodes old town) and we will do a seperate review of our experiences outside of the resort. We would describe this resort as family friendly for sure but overall a fairly average and slightly under whelming, just about meeting value for money aspect. The hotel itself is quite pretty with plenty of pools and bars and the rooms are clean and modern and maintained to a good standard. There are very good transport links at either end of the hotel to get a land train/ busses to other towns such as Kiotari, Peftkos & Lindos and more. The kid entertainment crew are brilliant with the kids, always encouraging them to come and play and dance and providing a fun environment to be in, need to mention Charlotte personally who works incredibly hard and always in good spirits. Shelley as well is great with the kids and will remember your kids names which made them comfortable to be around them. My oldest actively went looking for them most days to say hello. There are 4 ‘restaurants’ on the resort and I use quotation marks on the word restaurant. The main buffet has a vast array of selection and the food is good most days (had an odd few days where it was hit and miss) but could definitely find something yummy. The Panorama restaurant is just another buffet but with slightly better views, the Greek and Italian restaurants are make shift and provide a menu with table service but I wouldn’t have been disappointed if we didn’t go, food wasn’t any different and felt rushed with service (can buy better wine choices though) we did start getting a bit bored of the food in the resort so ventured out and found plenty of places to eat which were really nice! However the gyros bar (which is also the Greek restaurant in the evening) was great and we had our lunch their most days. Bonus it’s by the kids pool too ! Onto the drinks. There is a strange token rule which is confusing and just not necessary . You get given one token per person to exchange for a re-usable cup around the resort. However some of the bartenders ask for them and some don’t and if you do exchange them you might not get them back which means you don’t have them to exchange for another drink. Most bartenders understood when explained but some insisted so maybe Labranda need to have a meeting with their staff about this if it’s going to stick. We personally feel they should just scrap it. The drinks itself which are included in the all inclusive plan were not the greatest but you can pay for better ones of preferred. The seating arrangements at the buffet was also inconsistent. We spent the first 5 days of our holiday seating ourselves and that seems fine. Then all of a sudden we got told there was a Que

I have to say I was happy with my stay at the resort was happy with the matinence team as our air conditioning stoped in the early hours of the morning twice n they came n sorted it out quickly although not so much happy with Cleaning of our room n the third bed was sofa bed witch wasn't comfortable really as for the entertainment I was quite happy with especially the reps Charly shell n Charlotte went to flaracki n they look after me charly nothing is too much shell is absolutely lovely young lady n Charlotte is amazing to and were with my daughter an as far as them doing their job I personally think that they sld either get a pay rise or a promotion the hotel should don't realise how good they are.
