Hotel rating. Overall: This is a fantastic place with absolutely brilliant cuisine, extremely nice and helpful staff, very comfortable accommodation, lots of sun loungers around the pools and a beach very close by. Perfect for someone who is less focused on visiting ruins and similar things (there is Limos nearby but not much more) and more on culinary delights, for someone who values good service, well-stocked bars and no loud companions (both adults and children). A place absolutely worth recommending and worth its price! Getting from the airport: The hotel is located at some distance from larger agglomerations. From Rhodes you can take a local bus for about 2 hours, a tourist bus (which does not stop anywhere) for about an hour. Lindos, which is the nearest town, is 5 minutes away by taxi for about 14-17E (about 5km). There are also local buses. Beach: The beach is a 2-minute walk away. Unfortunately - rocky. Fortunately, these are round stones, walking on them tickles more than hurts. Anyway, it’s worth having special protective shoes (but it’s also possible without them). There are sun loungers on the beach, free for hotel guests. There is also a small bar with drinks. Quite steep bottom, you lose ground relatively quickly. Room: The rating applies to a two-room apartment with two bathrooms. The beds are large, very comfortable and quite hard. TV with Greek and German channels but there is also Polonia and several English ones. You can connect your phone to hdmi (you must have your own cable) and receive Netflix or something similar (from your own phone). The air conditioning works quietly and efficiently. The safebox is large enough to hold an iPad and two fairly large bags. Satisfactory number of sockets (although I always travel with my own cube). Bathroom equipment without complaint, there are hair dryers, additional mirrors, hotel cosmetics replenished daily. The balcony is quite large with a table and two chairs and a sea view. Room cleaning: The room plus bathroom are cleaned daily, very thoroughly, the beds are made, towels are changed, the minibar and snacks are replenished. Meals: Overall, it can be said that meals and cuisine are an absolutely sensational side of the resort. The chef is a master, I have not seen anything like this before in any hotel in Europe (and only in few outside Europe). Three meals are served, of which I had two: breakfast and dinner. There is also lunch in the middle of the day if someone wants. Breakfast is great. In fact, it’s hard for me to list everything that’s there because I can just say that there’s everything you can think of for “breakfast”. In addition, a cook making omelets on site according to individual orders. Fantastic orange juice (as one of many juices) tasting like freshly squeezed. Excellent bread. Various desserts. Ice cream. Fruits. Peanuts, dried plums, various seeds, figs, apricots. Well, everything you want. I left full even though I tried not to eat much. But it was imp
