From the time we arrived at the front door to the time leaving we were pampered by all the staff who could not do any more for us. We were met with a welcome drink and our bags were brought up to the room. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was spotless throughout. The chief creates specials for breakfast every morning as well as the regular menu. The hotel is central for getting around. We booked through the hotels website and got a generous discount and a reassuring cancellation policy. We would have no hesitation in returning to this lovely hotel. Thank you to all the staff for a great memorable stay.

As seasoned travellers we know what we want from a hotel and the Elakati delivered on all fronts. The staff were exceptional and the quality of everything was superb. The breakfast was fabulous and kept us going all day. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Good sized junior suite, comfortable bed with small living area including fridge and sofa. Spotlessly clean. Very attentive and friendly staff were the highlight. Nice breakfast included and well located. Would by first choice on return

Our stay at Elakati in August was wonderful. Christina and the team make the upmost effort to ensure an unforgettable experience. Our suite was fabulous - with it's own private sauna and hot tub. Excellent breakfast with daily options - the cakes being my favourite. The team also have great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Would definitely visit again.

Stunning hotel, 5 Stars is not enough for this beautiful place. Stayed in the Helios suite again, amazing. Staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Missing Greece and our Elakati family already.

The service at the Elakati really was splendid. The front of house - Michael, Christina and Mari tended to all of our queries … and the rear of house staff made sure that the rooms were clean - daily supply of towels - twice daily if used. And the breakfast service from Nikkos and Manolo provided great coffee and food. My partner and I had recently gotten engaged and we received complimentary champagne and a freshly baked cake from Manolo. Really great experience overall and highly recommended.
