I highly recommend it, the reception staff were very nice and helpful, the rooms were cleaned every day, a nice view from the balcony, there is no air conditioning, but there is a fan. Nice, large rooms, large and comfortable beds, shower gel in the bathroom and towels changed every day. Rooftop swimming pool and sun loungers. Tasty breakfasts, regularly replenished, good juices and coffee, the only thing is that there are no vegetables for a sandwich.

Maria from the reception was amazing and resourceful. The hotel is in a very good location near supermarkets and food courts, nice outdoor area and pool on 7th floor. We enjoyed our stay

My advice to others would be... "Stay there if there is nothing else available" otherwise run!

We had the best stay at the Flag Hotel! The twin room was just the right size for two travelers. Ribeira Brava was a charming part of the island!! It was quiet and everyone was so kind. Above all, the staff at the hotel made our stay phenomenal. Joel went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible trip! He booked tours for us, scheduled taxis, and was genuinely excited to hear about our adventure. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We spent 9 nights at the hotel and overall we were very happy with the stay. The sheets were changed daily and smelled really good, the bed was well made and the towels folded and/or changed according to our wishes.
The room is quite spacious and functional with a safe, fridge and kitchenette, the view of the street and the sea is not unpleasant. The few downsides would mainly relate to the acoustic insulation of the room, because at this time, the streets are busy and some concerts take place, but end at midnight, after which it is quiet. Vacuuming was not done regularly, but if asked, it was done. There was a bit of humidity in the bathroom due to the lack of a window in the room, but once you ventilate it goes away quickly. All the staff are very kind, polite and attentive. It is a very dynamic, friendly and welcoming city, and we do not regret in any way the stay spent both at the hotel and in Ribeira Brava.
