Excellent experience. Service, structure and food that match the 4 star hotel category. We live on the 13th floor and can enjoy the beautiful view of the city.

Quarto Pequeno. Um pouco maior do que os convencionais IBIS.
O ponto positivo é o café da manhã e o Banho (Ducha do Banho) Perfeitos.
Funcionários pouco pró-ativos, excluindo o pessoal do restaurante que era bom, todos os outros tinha caras de muitoo cansados.

This property has large rooms. Very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Ribeirão Preto is somewhat remote. So this place is a gem. You can tell because a lot of business people stay there

Nice and friendly reception at the reception
Good and professional service in the hotel's bar.
It was very, very cold in the breakfast room every morning. The air conditioner was running at full blast.
The staff in the breakfast restaurant talked privately while the guests had their breakfast.
It's a no go.
The hotel room was fine. Simply, the bathroom was decidedly disgusting. As can be seen in the picture below, there was mold in the bathtub. It was never removed during the 9 days we stayed at the hotel.

Hotel excelente, infelizmente a limpeza do quarto ao chegar estava com algumas falhas, encontramos restos de bolachas no sofá e a banheira tinha uns cabelos. Tivemos um problema com a banheira quando chegamos, mas foi resolvido rapidamente da maneira que dava. Contudo o hotel e os funcionários são excelentes, tudo no hotel estava perfeito, especialmente o café da manhã que é o melhor que já comi em qlq hotel. Voltarei com certeza.
