Nice place, nice people, lousy maintenance. No hot water, shower head spits water all over the bathroom, bathroom metal shelves totally rusted. I don't know how many stars they say they have but I would not give them more than two. And I could go on and on

EXCELENTE ACTITUP DE SERVICIO, BUENAS INSTALACIONES , COMODO, SE PUEDE REALIZAR DEPORTE, JUEGOS DE MESA, COMER Y BEBER BIEN , AUNQUE A VECES HAY MUCHA DEMANDA NOS ATIENDEN BIEN. The staff was generally very friendly, however, in order to sell a kind of membership, they constantly harass you insisting that you take 30 minutes of your time and in many cases manage to make people waste their rest time. Additionally, on the last day of the trip, it rained heavily and the lack of a DRP was evident because the water went out and there was no option for showers, even though the weather exceeded 30 degrees Celsius. It is necessary for a resort to have a contingency plan for cases where there are water or electricity cuts because these incidents can significantly impact the quality of the guests' experience and their overall satisfaction with the resort.

El hotel on vacation Girardot resort cumple con las expectativas que se deseaba para descansar y despejar la mente de igual forma tienen excelente itinerario y menú en cuanto a la gastronomía de manera que cualquier cliente pueda acceder la única recomendación sería implementar actividades y entretenimiento de manera que los huéspedes puedan interactuar y compartir como tal debido a que el lugar se presta para esa modalidad

The facilities are very nice, easy to access, I am a VIP client but the difference with the other guests is 0, the bar is very bad, terrible, I have never tried a margarita so badly prepared and terrible in presentation. Good food, lack of variety in the menu, excellent service, lack of more activities for children and to publish on the page which areas are not in service before one makes a reservation

The bed in the room is too soft, my back hurt quite a bit sleeping there, the bathroom is very small and there is no hot water to bathe the babies. They only give shampoo and soap once per day that the family staying at the hotel stays. There is a lack of variety in the foods offered. The option of natural juices would be good. The playground is neglected and became the cats' habitat for sleeping and toileting. The staff is quite friendly. We saw the pools very neat as well as the rooms. It was quite unpleasant that on vacation agents harassed us to go to a meeting where they sell travel plans. In the end we didn't attend but they were very intense and even offered to lend us a card so we could go to the meeting 😮💨.
