After the excellent experience last Easter with Maximilian's Hotels in Rimini, I focused on my beloved Riccione with the hotel that gave life to the group, remaining once again pleasantly impressed by the experience. The staff proved to be competent right from the booking stage, in which Roberta took care to identify the room that best suited our requests and needs, even sending photos of the room via WhatsApp. The professionalism of all the staff was then amply demonstrated during the stay, with everyone's availability and problem-solving ability. A special thanks to Tania, who took care of our table during our short stay, giving us moments of light-heartedness and joy with her engaging character. Also worthy of mention are all the staff at the reception, the cleaners, the bar and the shuttle service... who piece by piece built a short and unforgettable stay. Our room was simply enchanting, thanks to the 90-degree sea view made possible by the glass wall in continuity with the French window leading to the terrace, as well as by the newly renovated furnishings, lighting systems and floors. The cleanliness was excellent and the dimensions of the room were adequate even if the wardrobe and the coat hanger, with 4 occupants in the room for a longer stay, perhaps 5-7 days, are unsuitable, and a more suitable solution would therefore be appreciated. practice arranging clothing. The bathroom was very large and, despite being less recently built, it was well clean and well lit, with high quality finishes. The catering is a flagship of the structure, with varied, tasty and well-presented proposals, and a wide availability in making changes to the menu on request. The quality of the products used is high, from the generous buffet starters to the numerous desserts offered. The evening aperitif buffet for Easter is also excellent. However, I would advise, for special evenings like the one in Romagna, to include at least 2 proposals per course on the menu, to give the customer more freedom of choice. The breakfast is impeccable, served in a bright veranda, and characterized by a complete selection of sweet and savory products, all of excellent quality, and hot drinks prepared on the spot. Also worth mentioning are the numerous services of the structure, including the swimming pool (not used due to the still mild temperatures, but which offers a pleasant atmosphere at the entrance to the structure even in the low season), the wellness center with adjoining fitness area and the parking free right next to the building. The location is rather decentralized compared to the Ceccarini and Dante shopping avenues, but with a pleasant walk these can be reached without problems and what's more, the hotel offers a free shuttle service.

I (fortunately) discovered this structure on the internet while looking for a hotel to spend a February weekend in Riccione. I contacted them via email and they were immediately extremely kind and helpful in all my requests. Recently renovated rooms, clean and equipped with every comfort. The gem is the spa which, although small, is truly a gem. Abundant and very varied breakfast, both sweet and savory. What can I say... We will absolutely return!

Unfortunately, the holiday in Riccione and the Feldberg, where we truly felt at home, ended two days ago. We stayed in the connecting rooms of the annex in front of the hotel having 3 children. Good accommodation and huge corner balcony. Cleanliness and kindness of the lady in charge were perfect. The restaurant then, huge buffet of fish, meat, vegetarian... Etc... Choice for both lunch and dinner between 4 first courses and 4 second courses with plenty of fruit and desserts... The kindness and friendliness of the waiters is a plus ! Not to mention the lifeguards and Roberto who taught my daughter to do leopard dives 😁. All the staff are always available and the premises are spotless. And as a surprise for the last evening... A dinner in a nearby farmhouse with entertainment with samba dancers, fire eaters, acrobats, singers... Wow... Fantastic! Thanks to all the staff for this unfortunately too short holiday!

This is a nice hotel in Riccione. The staff at the reception are very friendly and professional. The room was beautiful and above all clean. Convenient private parking. I found the breakfast to be of a high standard, which is very varied and cared for in both the savory and sweet parts. I will gladly return.

We returned to this beautiful hotel to spend New Year's Eve in Riccione... The structure is excellent, the location is excellent and quiet, the rooms are all brand new and super welcoming, the cuisine has nothing to envy of starred restaurants, the 1001 night breakfast , and the attention to customers at the highest levels... The New Year's Eve party was fantastic and the shuttle service to the center was very efficient and comfortable... Thank you for everything Vittorio Mancini Foggia P.S. This year they even adapted the structure to accommodate disabled people in wheelchairs.

Many positive notes and some not so much for a hotel that can boast an excellent price/quality ratio and which I would recommend. Let's start with the positive aspects: first of all the staff is exceptional. The dining room staff as well as the reception, spa and cleaning ladies are of the highest level. Friendliness, availability, kindness, professionalism. Everything, as they say now, very top. The cuisine is also good, with never banal dishes, a truly endless buffet not only of vegetables. We are not at the pinnacle of excellence but the quality is certainly more than satisfactory. The spa is also beautiful, even if truly mignon. The choice of not allowing more than 6 people in at a time is right: more than that wouldn't fit. After the lights, there are shadows: given that we were staying in the cheapest type of room, the bathroom was really minimal and cramped and also a little shabby. I imagine the one in the nicer rooms will be better. But the thing that bothered me the most was the mattress, with the springs that pushed on my back. I recommend changing the mattresses with a newer supply or "protecting" them with a top that makes them more comfortable.
