For the last 10 days we had to cook with a camping stove, they had to change Methuselah's hob (since the entire second floor was without electricity twice in 7 days) but no one was seen anymore.. The structure is not bad, but management should be more clear, attentive and respectful.

We stayed at this property from 06/29/22 to 07/03/22 in a suite for 5 people. From the outside the building looks quite good: sober and linear. The same goes for the reception and common areas. It is located a few minutes by bike from the center but in an unenviable position. Almost all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Our apartment, which certainly cannot be defined as a "suite", was clean and equipped with all the necessary elements for the stay. The furnishings did not maintain a coherent style with each other, two other defects: the beds in the kitchen (there is no sofa bed) and the deterioration/damage of some accessories in the apartment. Wellness center and bar area not accessible (notice was given only for the wellness centre). Value for money: could be improved. If you are young and/or not very interested in a stay that focuses on an excellent environment, this structure could be a solution. Complessivamente buona esperienza in questo residence. Gli appartamenti sono puliti e dotati del necessario. All'arrivo è fornito un primo set di asciugamani e lenzuola per il letto. Noi abbiamo scelto un bilocale ed eravamo in 5: nella stanza da letto c'è un letto matrimoniale e una brandina, in cucina divano letto e sotto un'altra brandina. Complessivamente comodi. L'arredamento è da migliorare ma ci può stare.Non c'è il bar nel residence e ci sono invece delle macchinette per le bevande. C'è un ristorante convenzionato, non gestito dal residence, dove devo dire che si mangia molto bene. Prezzo giusto. La piscina è piccola ma tutto sommato carina. C'è il parcheggio a pagamento (15 euro al gg) al piano -1. C'è l'ascensore che dal parcheggio porta ai piani.
