calm and well organized with a good internet connection. The building is kept in a decent condition too. Spacious room and polite staff.

This Sonesta is our monthly choice for visiting my 93 yr old brother .The location is excellent,the staff is always friendly and helpful.We travel with my autistic nephew,the staff makes him feel very comfortable which is essential for a:successful trip.

Impressed with everything. From the moment you walk in you feel like you are at a very expensive hotel. The staff was kind, helpful and glad to help you. Definitely coming back! Our room was clean and it smelled so good.

The tv in the room was terrible! The sound didn't work on some channels and the viewing was limited. On the second day of my stay I asked for more coffee for my room, I also asked that the trash be emptied, neither was done, when I went down to the desk later in the day they said they sent the message to housekeeping but they would probably do it the next day. There were also a lot of bugs in my room. The bed was nice though.

The staff is fantastic. The room was clean and no one bothered me when i asked for no housekeeping. The lady at the breakfast counter is super friendly and nice. Breakfast was fresh and pretty reasonable. Tjie place is walking distance to a 7 eleven, a short uber ride to walmart, TJMax etc in case you forgot to pack something. Overall a very pleasant experience. will stay here again.
