Everything was clean, staff friendly and well appointed room. Safe neighborhood and well maintained. Parking however is extremely limited. The hotel does NOT have enough parking for guests. We had a very difficult time finding a place to park.

So much to love, but under managed. The location is why I’ve stayed here more than once. It’s clean, and was better staffed this time. Management of this property is the issue, last time the 2 elevators, one broke and the other only went up, so I had to walk down 6 flights. This time the pool was closed. They offer no compensation for promised services not available. We need to get back to enforcing these things.

Clean room but our toilet would hardly flush and there was not a seal on the shower doors so there was pretty much a lake on the floor every time we used it. Of note there is also construction happening right outside the building on the back side.
